The apartment is located close to the city center, in the quiet district of city, near to the apartment there is a lot restaurants ( McDonald, Subway, Wendy's, Dunkin Donuts and others ), markets and other useful place.
The apartment is new, very big ( 196sqm ) , wide and bright. There is big living room, separated kitchen, 3 bedroom, 2 bath, 2 balcony, 1 big terrace and e.t. We can accommodate 8 guests without extra beds. In the kitchen is everything for cocking. At the and I can say at the apartment is everything for comfort living.
