Private Guest House on 3 acres

This clean and functional 1 bedroom guest house with full kitchen sits on three fenced-in acres, offers privacy in a splendid peaceful setting. We are just 10 minutes from all major shopping, grocery and dining and walking distance to spacious parks and hike and bike trails.

Private setting on property - can't see main house from any window of the guest house! One bedroom (queen bed) along with pullout sofa in living room allows for additional sleeping space for families or a small group of friends.
Dogs welcome with a one time $45 per-pet cleaning fee.

Sport/basketball court just steps away from the guest house (please limit night time play to 10 PM).

Laundry room available upon request via access from Guest House to connected garage.

We loved our month long stay! Perfect for my husband and I. House was clean and in a good location for us. Close to trails for walking or biking. It was fun waking up each morning to deer in the yard. Host responded quickly to all of our needs. Would love to come back next year.

Host is very nice and welcomes you to the property. The house is very clean and smelled great upon entering. We have stayed a few times and it has always been nice. Wouldn't mind a small TV in bedroom but other than that it is a very nice place to stay. There is salt and could maybe use a few other spices, pepper, garlic... Clean, comfortable and quiet with a place to park right in front.

We had a wonderful stay! The hosts were pleasant and accommodating, but we did not have any complaints. The place is neat and clean, good amount of privacy and the near by tennis/basketball court was a great bonus! Loved the fenced yard also, for our pups. Wonderful Stay!

Tim and Kim where wonderful hosts and their guest house was just a delight! We needed a fenced yard for our small dogs, and a great location near our home while doing some renovations. The guest house was the perfect size and immaculate when we showed up. There was the added benefit of a wonderful family farm atmosphere that make for a charming visit. Highly recommend!!
