New masonry house, 250 meters from the center of Armação do Pântano do Sul and 120 meters from access to Matadeiro beach. The house combines comfort, privacy and practicality in one of the best locations in the south of the island. With two well-lit suites, spacious and integrated kitchen and living room, one car garage and laundry. The house has good thermal insulation, being cool in summer. It has a washing on the ground floor, and two rooms on the upper floor.
