About this property

The ideal place for families and group of friends:
The building is comprised of 4 spacious apartments, each with 1 or 2 double bedrooms, a kitchenette and living area, and some with a private terrace. In total, there are 6 double beds, 4 single sofa beds and 2 cribs for babies. There is a big shared courtyard with shady pergola and a small water basin to cool your feet and for kids to splash in.
As of summer 2022 a pool ( 12x5m)with garden and pergola
Set in a rural location, it is an ideal place to relax with breezes making it pleasant even in the height of summer. Common kitchen next to the pergola.
Breakfast and dinner with typical dishes from the area can be arranged.
A cleaning lady comes after 1 week to change the sheets.
The Masseria is 10 minutes’ drive from Porto Cesareo in the province of Lecce on the west coast of Puglia.

We are a german-italian couple, living in Bruxelles. For 15 years we have been traveling to Puglia as often as possible and a few years ago we started to restore the old Masseria La Noa. We enjoy the sun there, the joy of life of the locals, the friendliness to families with children and of course, the good food. And now a pool!

Why they chose this property

The Masseria is since centuries owned by the family, but was empty for many years. We decided to keep it as it is a beautiful place!
