We loved our stay at 3185 Pequod Place. The house was such a great base whilst we explored the area. We were surprised by how spacious the property felt, comfortable beds and well equipped with everything we might need. Loved the outdoor seating area for our morning coffee. No problems with noise. We had a couple of problems with the key pad entry and the pool screen but Victor was very quick to reply to my messages and prompt in dealing with these issues. The pool area at the club house is a great place for a chilled afternoon. We walked the surrounding estate and went to the playground. It’s all beautiful and clean and feels very safe. Lots of shops and restaurants close by and great location for Disney. We will be back!

Great place

Victor was great to work with. Easy to get a hold of and flexible on check in and check out times. The place was what we were looking for to get away. The main pool was great provided lots of activities for the kids.

Fabulous location

Great property in a fabulous resort like community. Our property manager Victor was awesome. Responsive and easy to work with. Probably adding a grill would be expected for many guests. Although not a comment for this home specifically, the community pool area needs to add more chairs.

Volleyball Fun

We came down for the National AAU Volleyball Tournament. This house was close to the venue and in the same neighborhood that our girls were staying. Throw house was wonderful, clean, big, more than enough room. The only complaint is was it rained just about every day. No fault of the property owner or anyone else, it just rained. We are already looking at renting again for next years tournament, as we really liked the property.
