My home is a Non smoking Home no smoking allowed.

I love the backyard in the cooler mornings and night to relax and enjoy peace & quiet.

All guest must be added to the reservation

Updated bedrooms with blackout curtains to get a perfect nights sleep. 2 bedroom 1 1/2 bath, A nice yard to sit outside and enjoy a cup of coffee /tea or the evening stars. Area setup in Den with desk lamp & chair WiFi for work guest. Also a 3rd bed with darken curtains and a privacy screen.

Close to downtown Ft Worth for conventions. The Hospital district is very close. Billy Bobs, Sundance Square, Montgomery Plaza and Magnolia area and stock yards. Arlington is close by for Rangers games and Att stadium also. So many sites close by. Parks, museums and the zoo. Dallas 30-45 min tops

Agree on all rules (code word ) HOME

Full Kitchen for cooking, dishwasher, washer and drier for your use while staying. Plenty of linens and items for breakfast coffee, tea and breakfast bars You must do your own dishes. Do not leave dirty dishes. This is a long term I clean common areas every few weeks. All trash & recycle go out weekly.

There is security cameras on the outside of the house. The security cams on outside of the home allows me to view them on the display, Cameras and ring door bell will record video and audio when activated by motion.

For Netflix and Hulu plus others. Must have your own log on. Please log out after using apps so no one else uses your account.

No refunds due to weather and repair for internet issues. It is out of the Host control.

The house is not equipped for small children , NO small children or infants allowed at all. NO pets either. Home is not a pet friendly home please respect all house rules. As that will cause a cancellation for you.

No eating in living room or bedrooms fee applies for extra cleaning.

What a disappointment!

We came to the house and moved our things in. We were tired from our journey and showered then went to bed. Who could sleep in those beds? Not us! I found an apartment on VRBO which we could get the next day.We moved out that night. We never slept one night there.

You don’t reach out to me either. There are 3 beds the mattress is new on the bed you choose. This review is in accurate. I have 3 types of mattress to choose from know else has ever said they weren’t comfortable.

WHAT A WONDERFUL PLACE TO STAY

We thoroughly enjoyed our wonderful stay at Debby's property. The house was fully furnished with everything that we needed during our vacation in the Dallas/Ft Worth area. The kitchen was stocked with coffee, creamers, nutrition bars, appliances, glassware, tableware and flatware.. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were supplied with plush towels and professional quality hair products. The beautiful oak floors complimented the comfortable furnishings. Debby was prompt in responding to my questions prior to booking and she frequently checked in with us to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our stay in her home. We would highly recommend staying at this property. Thanks, Debby, for everything.

Nice house, Great location

We stayed at Debbie's house when we visited Fort Worth in mid-September. The house was very clean. It had a nice kitchen and bathrooms. The master bedroom had a very comfortable mattress. There were 2 more bedrooms. One was set up as an office, but could be used as a bedroom. The other room had a full size mattress with a 1/2 bath in the bedroom. That was really nice for my daughter that stayed in that room. The living room and TV were great. The house was stocked with just about anything you could possibility need. There was a nice backyard that you use to sit out in the evening, or anytime. The house is centrally located. We went to the Texas Speedway, the Stockyards, A Ranger baseball game, and several museums. It was real easy to get on a highway from Debbie's house to all those locations. Within 10-15 minutes we could be at 20+ different restaurants. You have to eat some Texas BBQ while visiting. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone visiting Fort Worth or Dallas. It is only a little over a hour drive if you want to go down to Waco and visit Chip and Joanna Gain's Magnolia Market at the Silos. Debbie was a gracious host and very quick to respond to any questions we had. We will come back if we are ever in the Fort Worth area again.

the beds have plastic cover on them makes the mattress slippy which made my wife fall out of the bed at night

You could of messaged me if there was a problem. When there is a problem it is best to reach out which you did not. Or even moved it as you did everything else in my home. Those sheets were very nice and thick and would not of caused that at all with a protective sheet. I'm sorry you didn't inform me to resolve this. It will not make you fall out of the bed it is not slippery. I wish you would of followed my house rules, as I seen items after I put your review on my site. All you can write is a negative comment when the wife said nice comments in the email. Thanks! Debbie

Everything you need...

Debbie's house was very clean and well stocked with kitchen items and great bath towels. The neighborhood was pleasantly quiet although it is near a busy intersection. The house is small but adequate, but it was a little too crowded in the master bedroom (too many pieces of furniture and not enough room to move around). The bathroom is compact, but Debbie made excellent use of the space available. If there was a better mattress on the queen bed, Debbie's place would definitely rate 5 stars. The mattress is older with a foam topper covered with a thick plastic sheet, and it was not very comfortable. It was a disappointment for an otherwise excellent place to stay. Debbie is a good host, polite & quick to respond. I would consider staying here again.

The mattress topper is removable and you could of made it more to your satisfaction. It is only to make the bed more comfortable. Older homes have smaller rooms and you seen the rooms and size of home before booking. I apologize if it wasn't more spacious, the ottoman could of been moved to the other bedroom also. Thanks Debbie

Location is Great

Our stay was 1 week long. Debbies house is on the older side but quite comfortable and she has thought of all the amenities...we appreciated that. The house is located on a fairly busy road in a low to mid range neighbourhood but very handy to the highways and only 10 min to downtown. Debbie has many rules and we felt like she didn't trust us. There are cameras with sound, motion detectors and lights. We are very respectful, educated and responsible people and felt a bit like we were walking on egg shells. Perhaps her mis trust/nervousness with renters in her home will change over time. Our son stayed with us a few nights during our stay and it cost extra for him and an additional cleaning fee over and above our Cleaning and service fees already paid for the 2 of us. Debbies house is clean and in a great location and she is a very attentive owner. We had a good week. Thank you Debbie.

Michelle As in the house rules and fees you were aware of the extra charges for another guest before you booked the home. I don't have hidden fees. I am sorry you felt I did not trust you, that was not the case. I hope your stay was a good one as I try to make everyone comfortable. My home shows the area it is in also, that you could of checked out further before booking. I have age requirements for reasons and house rules. Teenagers don't abide with the rules always. My home is an older home. I lived in at one time and I love it. It is a mature quiet neighborhood. Close to everything you can think of.

What makes this property unique

So close to so many places you can do so much in Fort Worth & Dallas. If you have a convention downtown it is 5 miles away. Straight shot no freeway to deal with. If you are doing a clinical rotation it is close to the hospital district 3-5 miles. Many food venues, and entertainment close by. Walkable stores down the street.
