Welcome to Kishauwau Cabins near Starved Rock State Park. We look forward to welcoming you to our property that has been family owned and operated for over 35 years. We know what goes into making people's stays special and look forward to helping you plan your perfect getaway.

Shadey Oaks cabin is set amidst 65 acres of peaceful wooded property so prepare to unplug in your quiet, cozy cabin with the perfect outdoor space. Our cabins here are arranged for privacy. Enjoy your personal large double sized whirlpool tub, indoor wood stove (winter use only), full kitchen, covered porch w/porch swing, outdoor fire pit, picnic table & grill. Our cabins all have central air and are furnace heated.

Coming to the area to hike and enjoy the state parks? Our guests love how close we are to them and that within a 15 minute drive they can come back to their quiet cabin in the woods and get away from the area tourism. A place to bbq and sit around a campfire to create wonderful memories with their loved ones without the interference of technology.

Quiet and peaceful

I was happy with the beautiful cozy cabin, the only hiccup was i could only stay dor two nights then the owner said we had to atay dor three .that needs to be on thwre that 3 days is required

I'm thrilled you enjoyed your cabin & stay with us Jeff. I do apologize for the mixup on rental nights. We do always require 3 night stays on the holiday weekends. It can be hard for me to keep up with the listing sites with us having our own website. I am working to be better about that. I do hope you'll visit again sometime.
