Charming deep wilderness vacation log home rentals in Canada, in the magnificent Charlevoix region, in Quebec... By the trails at Mont Grand-Fonds Ski Area, amazing snowmobile trails too, lovely river teeming with trout and close to all the tourist attractions the Charlevoix has to offer.

Refined country interiors reminiscent of an ancient trapper's lodge, recently built D-shape log homes with lovely living spaces, vintage wood trim by local artisans, bright rooms offering mountain and forest views.

Localisation pratique et qualité d'hébergement

Accès au Mont Grand Fonds à pied et très bonne qualité d'hébergement. C'est la troisième année consécutive que louons cet hébergement en hiver et nous sommes enchantés à chaque fois.

Très propre mais certaines commodités étaient déficientes

Très bien situé et ultra-propre. Certaines commodités n'étaient pas à la hauteur de ce qui était annoncé : Pas de télé par câble ou satellite (aucune chaîne disponible) - il faut avoir son propre abonnement. Le Wifi et le service internet était non fonctionnel la plupart du temps - nous avons dû utiliser notre abonnement cellulaire personnel pour avoir accès à internet. Cuisine très fonctionnelle mais les couteaux de cuisine ne sont pas aiguisés

Perfect for a family with not too young children

We were a group of three couples and while the chalet was very clean and well appointed it did not work for six adults. The loft room was accessed through one of the bedrooms by a steep & narrow ladder. The loft room ceiling were too low to stand up straight in and had three twin mattresses on the floor. The kitchen did have everything we needed and we enjoyed the secluded location although more detailed directions would have been helpful as the driveways are not numbered and you need to look hard for the “Woody” sign.

Missing whirlpool

All was awesome, great, clean. But never found the spa that was mentioned in the listing…I recommend this cabin hands down. Loved it!!!

Le chalet Woody

Ce chalet en bois rond est très bien situé, à la base du Mont Grand-Fonds. En plein cœur de la forêt, il permet de s’évader du quotidien! Pour une famille, il est parfait. Les plus jeunes ont adoré leur chambre juchée dans l'entre toit. M. Maltais est toujours disponible pour toutes vos questions!

Le chalet est magnifique, bien situé et équipé. Une ambiance formidable pour relaxer en nature. On a super bien été répondues et tout était adopté à nos besoins. Je recommande absolument!!
