About this property

Historic Downtown District.

“The Loft” has approximately 1000 square feet of open space with a private bathroom. It is located on the second floor of a newly renovated free standing building built in 1930 and has it's own private entry on Old St. The Loft combines exposed brick and beautiful wood elements on the walls and ceilings with contemporary modern style, making “The Loft” a unique space. Custom made windows replicating the original weight and pulleys bring an abundance of light and a pleasant interaction with the street's views and architecture.
New granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, a full kitchen with cookware, silverware and utensils allows you to prepare meals at your convenience. Bar stools around the counter area make it easy to entertain your family and friends while you are using the kitchen space. A kitchen pantry allows for more storage space for those staying more than a few days.
The Loft has a dining table that can also double as a work station. The bathroom is private and has a large custom tiled walk in shower, it is fully stocked with plush towels, magnifying mirror and a hair dryer.
The open concept bedroom has a beautiful leather queen size bed and night stands with lamps on each side of the bed. We have also provided a full length mirror and a make up vanity area with it's own mirror and chair. A custom made Walk- in closet provides spacious storage.
The living area boats a modern sofa bed which sleeps 2 and has a memory foam topper for ultimate comfort. A chair and recliner finish off the sitting area creating a unique space. The living room TV is 50” class 4k UHD HDR ROKU SMART TV, Watch your favorite broadcast TV, streaming channels & gaming . WI-Fi and Stereo system with a CD player for your entertainment.
“The Loft" is a smoke free building and even though we love pets, they are not allowed on the premise. The building also has alarm system.
PARKING
The Loft does not provide any parking as we are in downtown Fayetteville.You need to follow the time restrictions and city ordinances.

Monday through Friday 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
After 7:00 pm to 9.00 am is free , weekends are free
Rates On-Street: Rates are $1.00 per hour plus a $0.35 convenience fee per transaction. 
Special event rates may apply.
Parking Garages and Lot:
Rates are $1.00 per hour with a $5.00 daily max plus a $0.35 convenience fee per transaction.
 Special event rates may apply.
Franklin Deck Garage is free for the first hour.

This is a great property and location. If you’re staying in Fayetteville this is where you want to stay. The property is beautiful, very artsy and there are great restaurants and bars within 2 blocks. You will not be disappointed!!

Lovely stay

The studio was very nicely decorated and cozy. The location was perfect for short walks to check out shops and restaurants. I'd stay again next time I'm in Fayetteville.

Visiting a classmate

Check in was was easy. Parking in front of the building was fairly easy. The decorations, industrial design of the loft was super cool. The Loft is located in the historic/ Art center area, so we walked most places. Wonderful stay and thank you, Carlos.

Baseball weekend

Easy walking distance to stadium entrance. Felt safe walking back. Food and drink all within easy walking distance from property. Parking a little tricky until you figure it out. Very comfortable. We will be back for sure!

Great Location

Stayed here on business and it was a great location as it was located near both of my meetings. It was also great just to be able to walk around the corner and find a variety of food for meals. The property was clean and outstanding.

Great place in downtown.

Everything about my stay was simple, convenient and good. The location is in the heart of downtown without being overly loud or crowded. The Loft was clean and well organized, and communication was easy. I look forward to staying here again in a future visit.

We loved it. Every bit. the location in proximity the baseball stadium and special Ops museum. The close ness of het main street and the everything else. The one thing that stood out more than anything else was the attention to detail. From the fact that everything you could need from utensils to cleaning equipment was well thought through to the Labels on light switches just come in so handy and yet no host things about this. Carlos - Genius.

Fayetteville Bliss

As we entered the loft, my wife was the first to see the extravagance of this cozy place. "Wow...just WOW!"; was my wife's first superlatives. This place is beautifully thought out...to the last detail. Carlos (Owner), you did an excellent job with every detail; the entire building is a work of art.We had family over while we were there and they absolutely loved it as well.

Beautiful loft

We loved our stay here. Such a gorgeous space, and I really enjoyed cooking in the kitchen, which was well stocked with cookware and dishes. The host was great and very prompt when I accidentally locked myself out. Would love to visit again

Weekend getaway

We loved the Loft! It was beautiful and clean and very homey. We were able to walk to bars and restaurants. The couch was perfect for napping and watching a movie and the kitchen was perfectly stocked with the dishes and things needes to make dinner. We'll definitely be staying here again!

We fell in love with this property for its unique architectural design, it is one of the few free standing buildings in downtown Fayetteville. The brick work , the brightness of the interior and the view through the windows make this space feel very special. After the exciting restoration process we are now pleased to open it up for others to enjoy.

What makes this property unique

You won't find a more lovingly restored property in downtown Fayetteville. Our loft has it all ! Location, privacy, yet we are one block off Hay St where you can enjoy all the amenities that our downtown has to offer. “The Loft” on Old St is maintained and operated by the building owners. We also own and operate the Art Studio on the first floor of the building. We are local, and know the downtown Fayetteville area very well, so do not hesitate to ask questions, we will be very happy to assist you any way we can.
