The Space

The house consists of 3 floors and it is built in a modern luxurious style with a concrete exterior and warm pink-white walls.

Bedroom configuration:
- The top floor accommodates 4 guests (2 Double beds) split into two different rooms, each accessible from the 3rd floor via an iron/wooden staircase
- The 3rd floor accommodates 10 guests (Single beds) in 4 different rooms with big balconies, and 2 bathrooms

Extra Space:
On the 1st floor, there are 2 different very spacious, Athenian marble-floored living rooms with different styles with dining spaces that guests can enjoy all day relaxing. There are also 2 guest WCs. There is also access directly to two large balconies for outdoor entertaining equipped with sun loungers, dining table, and chairs
There is also a basement which is a separate floor with its own entrance where there is extra space upon request

- There is also a very beautiful wooden oven for a unique cooking and also a separate grill just outside the ground floor area where quiet and lovely dinners using the patio can make your evenings perfect.
