Located in the very heart of Stanthorpe, and central to Granite Belt attractions, this charming, fully renovated 100 year old cottage has unimpeded views to Quart Pot Creek, and direct access to 5 km of walking and cycling paths along the landscaped creek and parklands.
Walk to Stanthorpe restaurants, takeaway food, cafes, shops, hotels and RSL. Close to Woolworths, Aldi and IGA. The Granite Belt wineries, Storm King Dam and Girraween NP are all within a 30 minute drive.
Creekview Cottage sleeps 4 adults in 2 cosy bedrooms containing queen beds with electric blankets. Facilities include one and a half bathrooms, with a deep cast iron bath and separate shower.
There is a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including built in oven, induction cooktop, microwave, fridge and dishwasher. The open plan dining and living room has a wood fired heater and reverse cycle air conditioning.
Enjoy morning coffee in the sun filled sunroom with views to the creek and parklands, or from the covered front veranda. Spend winter evenings beside the warmth and glow of the wood heater with a glass of local wine.
The cottage includes a utility room with front loading washing machine and laundry tub. There is ample off street parking on the quarter acre block.
