Our family had a wonderful time during our stay. We enjoyed being able to stay all together and to have a kitchen available so we did not have to go out to eat all of the time. The location is great. It was close to beaches and the farmers market and not too far from other activities that we enjoyed as well.

We had a great time, yes. We stayed at the complex 35 years ago so it was good to be back. Our only suggestion might to possibly have a few more simple cleaning supplies there. We couldn’t find any cleaning wipes like Clorox wipes or anything like that and wished we could have done more with that. But other than that, everything was great. Super comfortable beds! Thank you so very much.

Great location!

We enjoyed our stay here! It was clean, well stocked with toiletries and kitchen items and even provided beach towels so we didn’t need to travel with ours from home. The location is great, located right on the Turtle Bay Resort and close enough to all the great North Shore activities.

Amazing stay at Ho’omaika’i

We had an amazing week at the condo. It was clean and spacious. There was plenty of room for our family. The location was perfect up at the North Shore. We loved the kitchen and living area for our family to gather. We didn’t know there were beach chairs and towels which was an added bonus! We would stay again if we came back to O’ahu.

Great place to stay, walking distance to Turtle Bay beach and restaurants, centrally located to lots of other things to see and do. Foodland stores close by within 5 miles in either direction. Will stay there again!

Home away from home

We truly loved staying here and hope to make it back some day! Everything was spotless, they provided all the basics and more, communication was easy and an AC unit was replaced after not working properly, the location can't be beat and we miss it already! The best option for traveling the island with a family. We were comfortable and happy the entire time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Charming, remodeled Turtle Bay condo

Charming, remodeled Turtle Bay condo with ac units in every room. Our family of 5 stayed comfortably in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath with loft condo. Nice extras ~ beach towels, beach toys, chairs, umbrella, plenty of towels & supplies. The nicest remodeling job of all the Turtle Bay condos we have stayed in.

Family vacation

This property is just down the road from downtown Laie. My husband and I stayed with our 4 children. It was great! Accomodations are as described. The beach gear on the lanai was an added bonus. The binder also included local places to play and shop.

Everything we could have wanted

This place was wonderful! Clean and nice and just as advertised. Plenty of beach gear we were able to use. I appreciated the nice touches like a clean new kitchen sponge, laundry baskets, and books. Only thing that would have made it completely perfect would have been having blackout shades, bedrooms were a little bright from parking lot lights.

Excellent location on North Shore

This property was in an excellent location to accommodate all of our family’s various interests and activities. We ate great, enjoyed beautiful beaches, frolicked in the pool, avoided most crowds, and slept peacefully - with one exception… roosters on the golf course that made sure everyone was up nice and early. We spent most of our days and evenings out and about the island. Ac was great all the appliances worked perfectly.

Excellent condo

We visit Hawaii 1-2 times each year to visit family and always rent a condo here in the Kuilima Estates. As we have seen our share of condos in the last 20 years, this is by far one of the top 3, if not #1, we've ever stayed in. The unit is well-maintained with everything being in excellent shape, clean, and taken care of. Would highly recommend this to any future travelers. The 2-bedroom units like this can be a bit pricey but is worth it when traveling with family. Will be returning to this condo for sure.

Great vacation

We travelled as a family (2 children, 2 parents and grandad). The place was big enough for all of us, very confortable. We enjoyed eating in the lanai. Kitchen had what we needed for basic cooking. The only problem we had is that the wifi didn’t work for the whole duration of our stay, even though we told the manager. Replies took 12-24h, making for some delays. Appart from that everything went smoothly. Would definitely go again.

Great family stay

Very comfortable unit for 3 adults and 2 children. The kitchen is nicely updated just missing some baking pans. Lots of towels, sheets, pillows, and supplies. Loved the lanai with dining option, toys and beach chairs. The downstairs bath needs some attention but is functional. The security guys ( Chris and David )made sure that our 4 yr old twin boys had the best friends in the complex. We got lots of personal attention and the twins were excited to meet “real” policemen. David became their immediate friend.

Oahu North Shore stay

It was relatively good and true to the listing. Easy check in, plenty of bath and beach towels, fluffy and clean. Gorgeous kitchen, well-appointed. Beautiful, quiet location. It was hot because the little room a/c couldn't possibly keep up with properly cooling the living space. Screened-in lanai in the back not usable at night with the light on as two of the screens didn't meet and too many bugs got in. Our biggest complaint was that we were informed not to bring any sand into the unit, to strip the beds ourselves, wash the bath towels ourselves after paying a very large cleaning fee (it was almost as much to clean as it was to stay one night)! We were all resentful of that and will not stay here again because of it.

Golf Course Rental

The property was clean and offered plenty of space for our family. There were plenty of towels and beach toys available as well as kitchen essentials. The only thing I would have liked is to have a tea kettle but I don't think any other VRBO property I've been in has had one. It is short drive to Foodland and other small restaurants as well as beaches. If you're hungry and are out late try Foodland and the shopping center. Most other restaurants in the area close a little early. The food trucks at the mill offer lots of choices just be weary of the flies because it is mostly outdoor seating. Parking at this property was easy and not a hassle. I would have preferred a newer AC; it smelled a little stale. There are lots of fans in the house but it can get a little warm indoors but tolerable. There are 3 pools located on the property but we didn't try them out because we were mostly at the beach.

Die Unterkunft, die Lage, die ganze Umgebung und das ganze Gefühl, dort zu leben, war einfach traumhaft. Die Unterkunft hatte sehr viele Handtücher zur Verfügung, Liegestühle für den Strand. Es war einfach alles perfekt. Wir würden das jederzeit wieder buchen.

We had a good experience overall. Property manager was great and easy to work with. There are some things in the condo in need of repair such a broken vanity cabinets. But nothing was unusable. Could also use a Keurig or nespresso machine. Location, amenities, and proximity to turtle bay are unbeatable.

Everything about this property was Accurate. We thoroughly enjoyed all the amenities. The beds were very comfortable and the living area was spacious and we enjoyed the large tv.. The kitchen provided all we needed and Turtle Bay Beach was Awesome! Would definitely rent again.. Thank You!!

Condo is working on a remodel.

We had a nice stay. The condo is working on a remodel so the ice machine in the freezer wasn't hooked up. When I dropped something on the kitchen floor I could see underneath the cabinets which was super dirty but i'm sure as they finish their remodel it will all be cleaned up. Also, the light in the loft would just turn on randomly in the middle of the night. Again, they'd just put in a fan and we think it was an electrical glitch. The manager knows so hopefully it will be taken care of by next stay. We loved being on the North shore and the tennis courts and pool. It was a nice stay!
