Oceans 201

Very dirty, mould in one of the bedrooms where we were supposed to put young children , spa was not working, management of the property and owners obviously no interest and don’t check the cleanliness of the place, went to another unit same complex, absolutely beautiful perfectly clean. Just a short note to manager if someone comes to you about an issue would be good to listen to what is being said to you, this is your business look at your reviews in June same issues.

Top Spot

Loved the location, the view and the roominess this Apartment provided. Just a few little issues, the main bedroom needs a new mattress, when two floors up hosed their balcony the water comes pouring down and no dustpan provided.

Awesome location and facilities

This apartment is right on the esplanade. Easy underground parking. Best thing about the apartment is the direct access to the main heated pool and spa.

Poor cleaning and maintenance

Great location and good layout spoiled by poor cleaning standards and maintenance. We started our holiday by cleaning and washing crockery and cutlery as crockery was dirty and cutlery was in a drawer with hair and food crumbs. Broken glass left in cupboard with shard there - really dangerous. Third bedroom had filthy drawers with hair, sucked lollies, balloon and unknown grunge in bedroom cupboards. The main bathroom shower leaked badly including out into the second bedroom. The fridge had a permanent type sign on it advising dispenser not working. Front door handle falling off. Steam room didn't work. Floor wasn't vacuumed properly as hair balls near furniture. For the money this was not good enough and really disappointing. We contacted G1 (whom we booked through) and they apologised and advised they would send a cleaner back to do a tidy up while we were out. We came back and nothing had changed! We won't be staying there again despite the great location.
