Enjoy our 1700 Sq. ft. home with 2 Bedrooms and 2 Baths. Fully furnished with a Fully Equipped Kitchen. Cable TV and home wireless internet provided. Covered patio with a Large BBQ Grill. We have Ceiling Fans in every room, including The Outdoor Patio.
For a small additional fee you can access the 7 Sun City Recreation Centers. There are also 5 Regulation Golf Courses and 4 Executive Courses. Sun City Has 7 Recreation Centers offering: Fitness Centers, Swimming and Walking Pools, Wood And Metal Shops, Library, 2 Bowling Alleys, Pickle Ball, Bocce Ball, Lawn Bowling and more clubs than you can imagine. Bell Rec Center is only minutes away. The others are not much further. The guest fee per person per month allows access to the Rec Centers during your rental. (Check With Sun City Rec Centers For Current Guest Rates). In addition to Rec Center Privileges, you get reduced rates on Golf and can join over 130 local community Sun City clubs for a minimal fee.
Centrally located in Sun City, we are between Peoria and Surprise and Goodyear Spring Training Facilities and only minutes from State Farm Stadium.
Our master shower Is equipped with Grab Bars, The guest bath has a tub and shower with Grab Bars. Our home includes a newer Washer and Dryer and a Two Car Garage with Remote Opener. This is an active friendly senior neighborhood. It is a perfect location for Spring Training Fans as well as those who enjoy Golf, Movies, Fine Dining and sightseeing. Quail, Hummingbirds and Jack Rabbits are plentiful.
Sun City is an Active Senior Age Restricted Community and One Person Must Be At Least 55 Years Of Age Staying at the Home At All Times. (HOA Rules).
Sorry, No pets of any size are ever permitted and no smoking in the home is ever permitted.
On Site Parties or Group Events are Strictly Prohibited.
1 month minimum stay is required except for stays that including Feb & March which require a 60 night stay. Preference is given for multiple month stays. 30 days or longer receive 4% off the daily rate. Again, any booking that includes the month of February & March must be a 60 night minimum stay. For example a stay from February 10 to March 10 would not be acceptable for those months. I am happy to consider any dates for any stays you have in mind. We had a great stay at Keith's rental. Very large home and nicely kept. Nice fenced yard to enjoy the warm weather and great neighbors. When we had a problem with a small water leak at the kitchen sink, he had a repair person at the house within a few hours take care of the problem. Would highly recommend this rental.

A very pleased experience!!!

My wife and I were VERY pleased with our winter get-a-way to Arizona this past Feb and March at this location. The house rental was just as promoted and the owner of the property was excellent and accommodating to work with. Will gladly go back to this location again (if possible) in the future.

After visiting the Phoenix and Sun City Areas for the last couple years for spring baseball training, I fell in love with the area. The sights, the different wildlife sounds and sightings. I love going for walks in the foothills which are beautiful and close by as well as relatively easy to walk. I started looking for a home. I got lucky and found a beautiful home I hate being away from. It' s yours to enjoy.
