Laundry downstairs shared with two people. 15 min.walk, 5 min bike to UVM, Champlain College campuses, 10 min. to waterfront bikepath for biking or x-country skiing, 5 min. golf club x-c skiing, 15 min. walk, 5 min drive downtown, 8 min drive to hospital, 15 min drive to airport.
