About this property

The house is in a gated community, Paradise condo. It is located on the beach of Guarajuba, condominium with 24 hours security and complete infrastructure, tennis courts, volleyball, soccer, basketball, gym for the elderly, also has a chapel where masses, two jogging track, one of them located on the waterfront. , bordering the condominium beach.

Nothing like waking up to the singing of birds and taking a walk on the waterfront, then cooling off in the sea, returning home, taking a bath in the pool and then relaxing in the whirlpool.

The house is very spacious, with large, well-lit and ventilated rooms, the backyard of the house has a large lawn ideal for children and pets, in a part of the lawn has a terrace that is shaded by a tree, ideal place to enjoy. At sunset, then comes a beautiful lake, ideal for fishing and a beautiful kayak or stand up, the house has 5 suites plus a separate room with a toilet, pool, whirlpool, barbecue complete with stove the wood and oven of bread and pizza, has a beautiful kiosk with a pool table, internet already included.

Phenomenal as Always!

Please refer to last year's review from us. This is an annual trip for us now. For anybody looking for a large and perfect resort-style house on the "litoral norte da Bahia" (Bahia's famous North Shore) for a large group or extended family (5 beautiful suites with A/C plus an external extra room structure), we highly recommend this property. The addition of the bonfire pit by the lagoon was wonderful! The property owner left us plenty of wood and we had bonfires on two nights. Everything worked, every day. This is a family's property and they treat it with love. Will be back next year!

This house has it all

Great house in top private secured neighborhood in Guarajuba. The house backs up to the lagoon and is a 5-minute walk to the beach. Everything in the house worked wonderfully, the kitchen has *everything*, the hosts were very gracious, great communication, they had coconuts ready to drink and beer in the outside beer fridge waiting for us 🙂 The house is better than the pictures in every way. I am a Salvador native but my wife and kids are not from Brazil. I grew up spending weekends in this region (Itacimirim / Guarajuba / Praia do Forte) and after moving away and eventually having kids we have been renting in Guarajuba for the last 20 years. The house we rented for the last 10 years was unavailable this time so we rented this house, and we got lucky because it was the best house we've stayed at in Guarajuba, easily. We highly recommend it!

We Can’t Wait to Come Back!

This is a stunning home located an easy ~5 minute walk to the beach. Our host and his family were great to work with. Any questions or requests were easily addressed. The house is in immaculate condition and so well furnished, you won’t lack for anything. The bbq area was a hit for our group. All the rooms have nice cold AC and sleeping was great. This home has one of the best house pools ever, neither adults or children will want to leave it. We can’t wait to come back!
