Return to Marco

Our 2nd stay in this unit. It has been completely and beautifully remodeled. It has one of the best views on the island. A few post hurricane Ian issues which the owners addressed quickly and courteously. It was a pleasure to work with the owners on both of our stays and look forward to doing so in the future.

Both Paolo (Paul) and I were born in Italy. We met, married and live in Powell (Columbus) Ohio where we raised 4 wonderful kids. For many years we vacationed in Marco Island and finally purchased this property in 2018. Paul is a general contractor and we are both in real estate so naturally we did our own remodeling. The view was the most important thing as well as comfort! We love to vacation there but willing to rent it in between to someone who will take as good care of it as I do. From our condo you can see miles of beach all the way to Cape Marco and all the beach activities that go on. Shelling is amazing and different shells with each changing season but our favorite are the Sand Dollars. While in Marco you can experience the finest dining and the most beautiful sunsets! Enjoy your stay!
