Sit back and relax in your private screened-in lanai overlooking the bay. Wake up to morning sunshine right from the lanai, and enjoy the spectacular sunset views of the Gulf! Gated community featuring a full array of amenities such as: PRIVATE AND EASY BEACH ACCESS, boating, biking, jogging, tennis, pools, cabana, tropical grounds, shuffleboard, bocce ball, pickle ball, fishing dock, BBQ grills, chickee huts, kayak storage and many other activities. For the adventurer, water activities such as jet-skiing, parasailing, and windsurfing are available within minutes of the complex. There is also an abundance of shopping to choose from in the area from Marco's quaint shops to the upscale Fifth Avenue in Naples. Marco Island also has an enormous array of restaurants, and numerous waterfront restaurants are local hangouts.
