Villa Thalia is a brand new 3-floor villa situated in a quiet location, promising a relaxing vacation and a comfortable stay. It combines calmness and entertainment as it is only 800m away from the sandy beach of Stalos.
A large garden covered with grass, plants, flowers and palm trees creates a tranquil environment and provides a pleasant atmosphere that offsets the stress of everyday life.
The villa is equipped with ecological sleep products by COCO-MAT, offering a unique sleeping experience.

Accomodation
Villa Thalia can accommodate up to 6 guests and consists of 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 WC and a private pool with salt water. There is free private parking for 2 cars and free Wi-Fi. It is an ideal destination for families, couples or a group of friends.

Interior
Entering the villa on the ground floor, there is a living room with a 42'' LED smart satellite TV, a dining area, a WC and a fully equipped kitchen. All necessary electrical appliances are provided such as a dishwasher, a microwave, an oven, a fridge/freezer, a toaster, an electric kettle, a Nespresso machine & a filter coffee maker. On the same level there is a veranda with views to the pool and the garden.

On the first floor there is a bedroom with a double bed, a LED smart TV with satellite channels, air-conditioning and en suite bathroom with shower. The bedroom has its own balcony overlooking the mountains.

On the lower level there are two bedrooms, a bathroom and a laundry room with a washing machine and a dryer. Each bedroom has two single beds, air conditioning and a LED smart TV with satellite channels. The single beds can be converted to a double bed.

All bedrooms are equipped with ecological sleep products by COCOMAT. Beds, mattresses, linens, pillows are offering the unique COCOMAT sleeping experience. COCOMAT bathrobes, bath towels and pool towels are also provided.

Our facilities also include a safety box, iron & ironing board and a hair dryer in every bedroom.

Exterior
The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden of 500 sq.m. covered with grass, plants, flowers and palm trees. It is an amazing outdoor space surrounded by handmade stone walls. There is a private swimming pool with salt water, as well as a smaller children's pool, sunbeds and parasols. There is a dining area with a large table, a BBQ, a wood-burning oven, a dishwasher and a mini bar. Enjoy your meals with views to the pool and the garden. The dining area is shaded by a retractable pergola. Just push a button and the remote controlled pergola canopy retracts fully or partially.
A rechargeable bluetooth speaker is provided, giving you the opportunity to listen to music during your meals or while relaxing to the pool.

Free Wi-Fi is provided all over the villa.
