"The Garden Retreat" A piece of Paradise is located in Old Ocean Springs on a quite cul-de-sac street. It has mature trees & gardens in the front & backyard. An all weather back porch for relaxing over looking the serene scenery. The Back Yard is Privacy Fence which is great for children & your privacy. There is parking for 4 vehicles in front. A boat or car can be parked behind the privacy gate. The Master Bedroom Suite has a Queen Size bed; the Middle Bedroom has a Queen Bed & the third bedroom has a Queen Bed. It sleep 6 people in 3 bedrooms. A full laundry room. All the furniture & Mattresses are new along with the TV & décor. Cable & Hi Speed Wi-Fi are provided. The Kitchen is fully equipped with complimentary coffee & tea. A Stainless Steel Grill is just outside under a Pergola. There is an outdoor patio with table & chairs for outdoor enjoyment.
You can walk down Government Street which has many small restaurants & shops. Nearby Washington Ave., downtown in Ocean Springs, is tree lined with old oak trees, shops, restaurants & the Walter Anderson Museum of Art. The house is approximately 1.5 miles from Front & East Beach in Ocean Springs. It's just a short drive across the Biloxi/Ocean Springs Bridge to Biloxi which has 6 Casinos & a 26 mile beach for fun & activities. Garden Retreat Perfection

Do yourself and favor and stay here! It has everything to offer, plenty of space, good sized bedrooms, beautiful backyard to enjoy coffee in the morning or beverage in the evening and room for kids to play, or fully enclosed patio with AC, and walking distance to restaurants downtown Ocean Springs. Just overall perfect for our stay. Rose is absolutely sweet and made sure we had everything we needed. We will definitely stay here again! Thanks for a wonderful time at the Garden Retreat!

Perfect Vacation Spot

The home was everything we needed to enjoy a great beach vacation. The neighborhood was quiet, but close to lots of great places to eat. We were only a few minutes away from Biloxi Beach, and all the fun that Biloxi has to offer. We're looking forward to coming back!

Wonderful Place!

We were down in Ocean Springs for a long weekend with some friends and the Garden House was just the ticket. Close to old downtown and the beach, with great new appliances and super furnishings. It was a great location, very clean and spacious. Enjoyed our time there and will visit again.

Great location

The house was plenty big for the 3 of us and had all of the equipment we needed. The washer and dryer were really nice to have. Ocean Springs is such a nice town. I recommend renting the golf cart. It's such a great way to get around downtown and to the beach.

Great Place to Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the house and will be back. The living area and amount of bedrooms/bathrooms was perfect for our family. The fenced in yard was great for our dog. The a/c worked great even in the hottest part of the summer. We also enjoyed all the seating on the back porch. The location was fantastic. The owner was very responsive.

Gulf Paradise

This lovely home was all we could ask for! Location to so many great coastal adventures..and most of all.. the lovely back yard and enclosed sunroom! Our 2 Golden Retrievers absolutely loved it as well! We will definitely return to this oasis!

Wonderful Stay!

We came for a long weekend and unfortunately it rained almost the entire time so we had to stay in more than we normally would have. Thankfully the house and property was cozy and comfortable. We stayed in the sunroom almost the entire time! We will definitely be back!

An enjoyable Christmas stay

Unusual freezing temperatures in Ocean Springs and across the country did not dampen our family’s holiday gathering. Rose’s VRBO A well established kitchen, and an active downtown helped make it an enjoyable week. 👍👍👍

Wonderful experience

The Garden Retreat was a wonderful property. It was very clean with a wonderful layout. We spent a lot of time on the back porch looking at the beautiful back yard. The location was perfect to downtown and the beaches. It was a peaceful quiet space that still allowed a quick trip to the casinos and restaurants in Biloxi. We will definitely return.

The house was clean and located in a quiet neighborhood near downtown ocean springs. The owner responded quickly to any messages. We really appreciated there were more than enough supplies in the home (towels, washrags, and kitchen towels). Our Yorkies loved the fenced in back yard. Will be back if we visit the area again.

Garden Retreat Relaxation

Delightful Thanksgiving stay for our family and pooch! The fenced, landscaped backyard - complete with a lemon tree - was easily enjoyed from the patio and sunroom. The large living room allowed us to gather and watch lots of sports. We enjoyed Ocean Spring’s sights and restaurants as well as some much needed downtime. Rose, the host, is so sweet and accommodating. You will enjoy the Garden Retreat!

Great place to stay in Ocean Springs

Fabulous place to stay in Ocean Springs! We had plenty of room in the house and everything was clean and well appointed. Very good setup for anything you need. The sunroom and back yard were peaceful and beautiful. We were able to walk to downtown for all the fun restaurants and museums. Rose checked on us throughout our stay to make sure things were fine. Will definitely be returning to the garden retreat with friends and family.

Very Nice Place....and quiet neighborhood

We enjoyed our stay very much. The place was stocked with everything you need. The location was excellent, easy access to all activities that you may be considering. Quiet neighborhood, friendly people all around. The backyard was beautiful, my dogs loved it. Lots of squirrels, frogs and turtles. Plenty of entertainment for my two little buddies. Only thing maybe needing improvement would be some new throw rugs that don't move around much (trip hazard for elderly). Maybe a slight upgrade in bathroom TP. Overall...we loved it very much and highly recommend. The host was wonderful and responsive to all request and questions.

We chose this property for the location in old Ocean Springs which is in walking distance to restaurants, shopping, & museums downtown. Also, the outside serene beauty of the privacy backyard was a high point of why we liked this home for guests to visit. The backyard has gardens & mature trees indiginous to this area which adds a nice interest to your stay. There is an arbor attached to the house for outdoor cooking on a Gas BBQue with A Stove Plate Burner for frying or, boiling seafood. Also there is a place to clean fish in the backyard.
