Welcome to Plumeria Place. This newly redecorated home is close to downtown, shopping & restaurants. Located on Peachtree Canal, with direct access to the Gulf. Boat dock w/lift, and two concrete pads, great for sitting by the water or fishing. Partially covered, screened in lanai with heated pool, floats, grill. Newly refinished Tropitone patio furniture consists of 4 loungers & table with 4 chairs. There are also 4 additional plastic Adirondack chairs & 2 small patio tables. There is also a small patio in the front of the house with 2 large comfortable chairs. The kitchen is updated, a brand new sink, garbage disposal, & water filtration system have been put in. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need to prepare meals. There is a new induction cooktop/stove, microwave, refrigerator, Vitamix blender for healthy smoothies, or tropical frozen cocktails. All 3 bedrooms have brand new hotel quality mattresses, new linens, rugs, & plenty of closet space. The king bedroom suite is on one side of the house, it has a king size bed, tv, private bathroom with double sink, shower & toilet. The other two bedrooms are on the other side of the house. One is a queen, and the other has 2 twins. There is a second bathroom with a tub & plenty of towel hooks on that side of the house, it also leads out to the pool. The dining area has a big round table with six chairs and a beautiful shell chandelier. There are sliding glass doors that lead out to the lanai and pool area. It is right next to the living room, so you can see the big 61 inch tv from both rooms. The living room has carpet, loveseat, and sofa with ottoman, there are 3 big windows that look right out to the front porch and all the beautiful landscaping. There is a secondary tv room, with 2 comfortable recliners, and 3 bar stools at the counter. Comcast high speed internet & cable are provided. There is also a laundry room with washer & dryer. This house has been completely repainted, new rugs, new ceiling fans, new window treatment, new mattresses, new living room furniture, new linens & towels.
