This Almost BRAND NEW 2 BED/2 BATHROOM ACCOMMODATION
overlooks Pioneer Park – the site of Bight’s old mini horse-racecourse from 1914-1945. Today Pioneer Park is home to many sporting events & festivals, including The Brighter Days Festival, Brights Iconic Hot Rod Run.
It is also located at the foot of MYSTIC MOUNTAIN BIKE PARK,
& approx 1.5 Km from Bright town centre (a 10-15 minute walk).

Quiet and comfortable
This property is excellent. It is very well maintained and has everything needed for a pleasant stay in Bright. The beds are comfortable and the showers are good. It is very roomy and clean. The outlook is very pleasant and it is quiet. Both Glenn and Tennille are lovely and easy to deal with.

Home away from home
Spacious, clean and modern with everything you could want for a comfortable stay. The showers in particular were outstanding - better water pressure than at home! Nice front porch with park views. Great little lock up shed for bikes. Location only a couple of minutes from the main drag, and very close to the mountain bike park.

The house has 2 large bedrooms with luxurious queen beds, 1 large bathroom, 1 toilet on its own & ensuite bathroom with toilet.
Both bathrooms have heated towel racks. There is ducted heating/cooling throughout the house, an electric fire, and a comfortable L shaped sofa in the living room, a television with a DVD player and a Bluetooth boom box speaker that can connect to your iphone or ipad.

The large kitchen & open plan dining/living area has all the cooking facilities you will need for short or long stay, including electric oven/cooktop, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle and Coffee pod Machine (complimentary assortment of coffee pods provided) as well as all cutlery & cooking utensils you could possibly need .
Laundry facilities are available including an ironing board, iron, clotheshorse & front loader washing machine. All towels/linen are included in your stay. Dining room table with four chairs, bar stools at the breakfast bar, computer desk & chair in the lounge, an outdoor table & 2 chairs on the patio at the front of the house, with another outdoor setting & BBQ out the back beside the carport.
There are some basic complimentary pantry, laundry & showering provisions provided, including: salt, pepper, sugar ,olive oil, coffee pods, with Eco friendly laundry detergent & shampoo/bodywash provided.
There is an external lockable storage room off the carport with hanging space for 4 push-bikes or storage for skis/boards or anything else you may need to lock away.
There is a carport that will shelter one car, and space for off the street free parking for another 1-2 vehicles.

What makes this property unique

The accommodation is located directly opposite Pioneer Park football/cricket ground, tennis courts, and is at the base of the MYSTIC MOUNTAIN BIKE PARK and PARAGLIDING launch pad. Just across the road is the “rail trail” bike path that will take you into Bright and beyond or out to Wandiligong - home to the "wandi pub" and Nightingale apple orchids retail outlet. In Bright you will find a host of cafes, restaurants, pubs, bars and brewery, retail shopping, bike hire, and Centenary Park on the ovens river – a popular place to visit during the summer months.
