The house is located in a private condominium of 20 houses (St Marcus) in Porto das Dunas, about 20 km from the center of Fortaleza. All 4 bedrooms have split air conditioning. TV in the living room and full kitchen (stove, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and utensils. The condominium has common area with swimming pool, barbecue, soccer field and gazebo. The house is ideal for families and is about 400 meters from the beach and the Water Park Beach Park, voted the 2nd best water park in the world. There you can get to know the toys and attractions of the park or, if you prefer, enjoy the drinks and food from the tent admiring the beautiful beach of Porto das Dunas.

A Casa é excelente,estava bem higienizada,atendeu bem as necessidades do grupo. o proprietario é muito solicito e atendeu as solicitações feitas no periodo. O condomínio também é muito bom,seguro,limpo e organizado. O local Porto das Dunas é lindo e a extrema proximidade do condominio pra Beach Park torna a estadia ainda melhor. -+- Como sugestão deixo solicitado a instalação de chuveiro eletrico ao menos em um dos quartos e uma churrasqueira particular naquele corredor externo tornaria a casa impecavel. Ficamos muito grata a Seu Felipe,super recomendo a casa.
