Welcome to beautiful Palm Springs and Tres Palmas!

Whether you are looking for a calm, relaxing vacation or a “desert adventure”, you are in the right place!

Tres Palmas is located in the highly desired diverse and friendly neighborhood of Warm Sands and is central to everything that is Palm Springs. A short 3 minute drive will take you to the downtown “village” or take a nice relaxing stroll and before you know it, you are in the middle of all the fun! The spectacular views of Mt. San Jacinto will instantly put you in “vacation mode”.

Tres Palmas is located in a unique four unit complex, each a semi-attached "bungalow" providing our guests a private and quiet stay. The uniquely located pool (which can be heated for an extra fee of $100/week) is in front of the building and by the street. During spring and summer, no heat is needed, it's perfectly warmed by our desert sun! Enjoy the unobstructed panoramic views and watch the world go by.

Our beautifully decorated "bungalow" features high vaulted ceilings, windows on all 4 sides and a private Sundance spa that is always hot and ready for a relaxing soak. Our one level, 2 bedroom, 1 3/4 bath "bungalow" has wireless WiFi, Sound bars, Smart TV's including Amazon Fire stick, Netflix, etc., DVD players, central air and heat, fully serviced kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator with ice maker. The master bedroom features a king sized bed and a romantic ensuite (refer to pictures). A two way fireplace will keep you nice and toasty.

There is a beautiful private side yard with table and chairs for dining al fresco, an 8 foot water wall, plus a lounge chair big enough for two when you want to commune with nature. A private gate leads from the yard to the front of the unit - perfect if you have bicycles. Your very own washer and dryer will help keep you fresh and clean. A designated off-street parking space right at the front door and plenty of street parking for your guests.

Maximum occupancy is 4 and minimum stay is 29 nights. Check in is technically 4pm and check out at 11am. These times are flexible depending on if a quick turn around is needed between guests.

Pool and spa are unsupervised... USE AT YOUR OWN RISK... please use caution and follow posted rules when using.

We will consider small pets with a $50/ pet fee.

Quiet and Comfortable

We felt at home from the moment we arrived. The property is cozy with fabulous artifacts. The beds are very comfortable, there were lots of lovely towels. The kitchen had everything we needed and more than we could use. The property manager Steve met us upon arrival, showed us how everything worked and responded immediately when we had a concern. The unit is very quiet with lovely neighbours. Loved our time here and we’ll be back next year.

A great quiet retreat

We had a wonderful month in Palm Springs staying at Richard & Wesley’s place. The area was quiet and both the condo and the outside space are beautifully appointed.

Lovely property, great location. Hope to return!

This was the perfect property for our month in Palm Springs. The owners have thought of everything you could need. Beautifully decorated, comfortable beds, kitchen well stocked, 3 tv’s, board games, dvd’s, fireplace, lovely ambience with all the candles on timers, fireplace, there was nothing else you would need. The outdoor space is like a private oasis. Very comfortable lounge to read in or watch the hummingbirds while you have your morning coffee. We enjoyed a hot tub every evening and it was beautiful with all the lovely outdoor lighting. The owner, Richard responded quickly to our first inquiry about the property and was easy to deal with. All responses came quickly and the whole rental process went very smoothly. The owners were away when we arrived so they had a friend, Deanne, meet us. Lovely lady and we very much appreciated her assistance. The property is a great to location to walk to downtown Palm Springs, grocery store, numerous coffee shops and restaurants, antique alley, shopping, movie theatre, everything we needed. This will absolutely be our first choice of somewhere to stay on our next visit to Palm Springs. We felt very pampered staying at such a lovely spot and appreciate all the little extras the owners have added that made this such a wonderful property for us to spend our vacation at.
