Dalmeny Delight - House near the beach
Completely renovated, peaceful 3 bedroom holiday house. Three bedrooms comprising a king bed, a queen bed and a triple bunk (single on top, double underneath), all of which are very comfortable. Quality linen and towels are supplied.
The property has a huge fenced yard for children. The house is a short walk down the road to the lake and a 5 minute drive to the beach. Listen to the surf from the deck and watch the birds in the trees. There is a great takeaway shop 5 minutes drive down the road, together with an IGA, shop and petrol facilities. Dalmeny has a fantastic surf beach and also has a flat lagoon for the younger children for paddle boarding or canoeing. The water is clean and clear.
Relax and enjoy your stay in this bright, clean and delightful house.

Fantastic house

Dalmeny
The house is well presented and very comfortably appointed. The kitchen has a wide variety of utensils and appliances - we particularly enjoyed the coffee machine which uses Aldi pods (Marilyn advised us in advance - as yet there is no Aldi in Narooma). A back deck overlooks the back yard and bush and has a heat bead BBQ . The beds are extremely comfortable and the bedrooms all have portable fans.
The double garage is accessed by a steep driveway. We chose not to garage our cars but found the area useful to securely store bikes and beach equipment.
The house is 1km (uphill on the way home) from the door to the footbridge used to access Dalmeny beach which is patrolled in Summer. There is plenty of parking, some in the shade, near the beach access if you want to drive. There is a park further on from the footbridge which has swings and a variety of equipment for children. A coastal walkway/bike path continues from the footbridge and goes all the way to Narooma via Kianga. - about 6kms. We used the path to occasionally ride to Narooma and Bar beach. Anton’s cafe is along the route and serves coffee, cakes and light meals. IGA Dalmeny has everything you need if you want to avoid the bustle of Narooma.
