Splash With A View is a 3 -story, ultra-luxury cabin nestled in the mountains near the Great Smoky Mountains National Park and only minutes from Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and all the action packed attractions!

Even better, this rental has luxury amenities like comfortable furnishings, Home Theater, a hot tub, game room, and even its own private indoor swimming pool! When you aren't out exploring the scenic views or enjoying the many attractions in the area, you'll love relaxing at this premium luxury cabin with everything you need for an incredible visit!

In the main living area, you can admire your cabin's amazing view through the large windows. This level also offers a fireplace, big screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen and 2 bedrooms - each with a king sized bed, fireplace, bathroom and large flat-screen TV. A gas grill is located outside, just of the kitchen.

Upstairs, you'll find a game room with a big screen TV, pool table, ping pong table, and multi-cade arcade style game. This level also has two bedrooms - one with a king size bed, fireplace, TV, and bathroom and the second bedroom has two full/twin bunk beds, TV, and bathroom.

The lower level features a half bathroom, a second game room area (with a TV, foosball and air hockey table), a 10-seat Home Theater room (with Blu-Ray DVD player), washer dryer, mini fridge and last but not least of the many amenities, your very own Private Indoor Swimming Pool!

The view is priceless

We enjoyed the view. The house was spacious. Mattresses need replacing. Misinformation about the outside pool. It was a a distance to drive not nearby. Games were a huge bonus. Cleanliness was not top notch. I had to wipe down the hangers before hanging up clothes. Things were dusty. No safe ladder for bunk beds. Great potential but some improvements needed.

Amazing Cabin

This cabin was amazing there was enough space for my family of 10 the cabin was very clean checking in we had no issues location was perfect and the view from the decks on each floor was awesome.The kids most definitely enjoyed the indoor pool the theater room and the other games.If you want to be close to all of the attractions this is the perfect place we willbe most definitely be returning soon

Beautiful mountain view

Thank you for a wonderful stay. We checked in and upon arrival we noticed that the AC wasn’t functional. We called the property management company and they sent someone at that evening and resolved the issue immediately. We enjoyed the view from the balcony on each level. It was stunning! The kids really enjoyed the pool. We plan to return to the same cabin since we loved it so much!

Upgrades needed

This property really needs to be upgraded. The living room furniture is very old and worn out, pool was green when we arrived, the theater room projector was not working and there was trash all over main floor balcony. We selected this property because of all the amenities and we were very disappointed when we couldn't use them. I called the office right away and they did make repairs the next day which was one positive note but we should not have to call anyone, this property should have been checked before our arrival.
