★ Important Things to Know Before Booking
- Minimum Age & Rental Agreement
Guests must be 25 or older to book. A signed rental agreement and a $500 security hold are required.
The hold is processed securely via OwnerRez, authorized 2 days before check-in and released 7 days after departure if no damages are reported.

We welcome up to 2 well-behaved dogs (maximum 50 lbs each).

- Hot Tub & Pool Heating
The hot tub and pool take 5–6 hours to fully heat.
Depending on cleaning schedules, the hot tub may not be hot upon arrival, but it will reach temperature shortly after.
- Starter Supplies Provided
We provide a starter kit with the following essentials:
