About this property

Welcome to my waterfront oasis, a very charming, clean and comfortable home. The views are spectacular and by far the best feature.

Furnishings are vintage and simple, Mattresses are brand new.
You enter on the ground floor into an open kitchen living room dining area with double french doors that open to your private waterfront deck, just 10 feet from the water. You have full use of the property, deck and yard. Bring your fishing pole or use our crab traps.

Upstairs is 2 bedrooms and full bathroom, The master bedroom has a king size bed and the 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed.

The property is fully furnished with all appliances, towels and linens and full kitchen with oven and microwave.

Living room has 50" flat screen and wood fireplace.

Your deck outside has table, chairs, umbrella and chiminea.
Sit back and watch the sunset, relax, sip your favorite beverage while making S'mores in the fire or just gazing at the stars and moon.

GREAT time!

Was wonderful, clean, fun, & close to things to do! Only a few suggestions I have is fix the handrail. Instead of a boat paddle put a real handrail in. Its extremely hard to hold onto it at the top of the landing. Also Anti skid strips on the stairs going up. Last but not least put a shade or curtain on the door window that goes out on the small second floor deck so neighbors cant see in. All in all Mike was a wonderful communicator!

Very satisfied with our stay

The place was cute and the view of the water and docks was beautiful, if it was warmer we would have been out there the whole time! My kids found a fishing pole and fished off the dock. The rooms were clean and comfortable and the kitchen was nice a big and we had everything we needed. We met Mike and he was super nice and great with our kids. Definitely recommend staying here.
