Perfect hideaway spot - nice and quiet!

Off on a wing by itself but close to the elevator, unit 301 is very quiet and peaceful. It has two bedrooms and two baths. It has three large flat screen cable TV's and a nice living area. It has an East facing patio balcony overlooking the pool area and the 88 palm trees on the property. Since it has the afternoon shade it's a perfect spot to cook out on the gas grill. There is a full kitchen with stainless Samsung appliances and all the dishes and pots and pans you could possibly need! The unit also has a washer and dryer. It has a king size bed in the master, a queen in the second bedroom and a queen futon in the living room area. This is the owners personal unit so it does have limited availability.

Great location

Everything about our stay was perfect. the condo was fully equipped and the furnishings were comfortable and pleasant. Balcony overlooking the pool and had the pleasure of a full moon rising over the palm trees one evening. Communications with the host were prompt and helpful. I will stay there again.

Great location, comfortable stay with family

We traveled with our four kids and had a great stay. The location was wonderful, just a short walk to the beach. We loved using the pool and hot tub every day and had everything we needed in the kitchen and bedrooms. The owner was kind and responsive and had someone come out to fix the AC problem that arose.

Nice Condo

The unit was well equipped and beautiful. The refrigerator, freezer and cupboards were stocked with food so that was unusual. Of course, we didn’t eat the food. The only issues were the washer spin cycle stopped working even with very small loads, a leaky toilet and the tub stopper didn’t work. Other than that, the unit was beautiful. The. balcony view overlooking the pool is gorgeous and we enjoyed spending time there. It is spacious with patio table and chairs. We would definitely recommend this unit!
