Beautiful apartment with incredible views of the Rias Baixas. It is located only 2 minutes away walking from the beach, 15 minutes driving from Pontevedra or Sanxenxo, less than 1 hour away from Santiago de Compostela and 2 hours from Porto (Portugal). Great for couples, solo adventurers, business professionals and families with kids. This attic apartment has everything you need for a beach getaway! There are two bedrooms and a full bathroom, complete with a jetted bathtub. The kitchen and living room feature an open concept with access to the balcony. Along with views of the sea, the balcony also has a hammock and small table for al fresco dining. In addition, you will also have complete access to the community pool and parking garage. Ponteverde Apartment

Great apartment & view of the inlet. The whole inlet is filled with artificial “mussel” structures. It rained the whole time we were there, (two days), yet we were very comfortable. Close by restaurant, “O Recunco do lolo”, was super - nice people & great food.

Beautiful apartment with a great view

We appreciate our holidays and the apartment with its view on the sea is amazing. Be aware that the location is not a holiday area so you need to be mobile to explore Galicia. The beach close by is clean and you can find always a spot and the water is clean. Mary is a great host and always supportive.

A great apartment with a lovely view

Everything we needed for our short stay. Great to have secure free parking on site. A Comfortable and well equipped apartment. We enjoyed the balcony and the view from the top of the building. The only drawback for us was the 5 flights of stairs which we found hard to manage with our luggage, as we are seniors!

A lovely holiday! Perfect flat in a lovely area

I swam at least twice daily in the beautiful clear sea at the beach that is 3 minutes' walk; we also enjoyed the pool several times. There are several decent cafes to eat at and a good carniceria / grocers in easy walking distance. The flat was perfect for our stay with enough equipment to cook/ prepare simple food and a balcony overlooking the Ria. There were good amounts of large clean towels provided. Toiletries and cleaning items and a tray of provisions to make teas and coffees were left for us in case we needed. Locals were all very friendly and the weather was perfect.

Wonderful location to explore the Rias Baixas

This is my second stay at this property, and we came back because we love the location and the view. The unit is cozy and is well equipped with the necessary kitchenware, appliances etc. to have a comfortable stay. A note to travelers: this unit is on the 4th floor and the building has no elevator/lift--this is not uncommon in Spain for similar buildings. However I'm noting it here for anyone who is coming from the U.S. and expects an elevator, or folks who might have health-related issues walking/climbing, and for anyone who will be coming in with heavy luggage: be prepared to go up up several flights of stairs :) However, it was not a problem for us and we saw it as a great way to work off all the extra calories we took in from all the amazing local food and wine we indulged in during our stay. The host, Mari, is friendly and responsive to calls or inquiries and will make you feel at home!

Wunderschönes Galicien

Wir haben 8 sehr schöne Urlaubstage in der Ferienwohnung verbracht und den traumhaften Blick vom Balkon sehr genossen. Wir hatten auch das Glück, an 3 Tagen Delfine zu beobachten. Hinsichtlich der Ferienwohnung sollte man beachten, dass diese im 3. OG liegt (aus der Tiefgarage sind es dann 4 Etagen). Mit schweren Gepäck ist dies dann schon eine Herausforderung. Das Bad ist relativ klein/ eng. Es gibt keinen Geschirrspüler. Dies wäre grundsätzlich unproblematisch, wenn das Geschirr (vor allem die Gläser) von allen Nutzern gründlich gereinigt werden würde...Die Kommunikation mit Mary läuft ausschließlich auf spanisch, der Schlüssel konnte einer Schlüsselbox entnommen werden (der Code wurde vorher übermittelt).

Schönes Apartment mit tollem Blick

Die Lage ist klasse, Samieira ist eher ruhig und nicht überlaufen, was wir sehr genossen haben. Kleine hübsche Strände und ein Bistro sind in Gehweite. Der Balkon mit Blick auf die Ría ist unschlagbar. Liebevolle Einrichtung.

El apartamento tiene muy buenas vistas. Pero con mal tiempo, no se puede comer dentro porque no hay mesa, solo una barra para dos personas y una mesita de salón. La zona de la playa es muy tranquila y hay un paseo muy agradable. Para cuatro adultos resulta un poco pequeño.

Grandiose Lage

Wir (2 Erwachsene + 14 jährige Tochter) haben unsere Urlaubstage sehr genossen. Die Lage des Objekts ist grandios, um zu baden und Ausflüge zu machen. Sehr nette Vermieterin. Leider wurde die Kontaktsprache Englisch nur über Google Übersetzer praktiziert.
