The property is 200 sm+ in the upper floor with a terrace overlooking a garden. It contains a double bedroom with 2 beds and private bathroom. The 2nd room is double with one big bed. There is a modest kitchen which can be shared with all guests. It includes a stove, electrical oven, refrigerator, and a washing machine. There is a reception with a dining table available for all guests. Oriental Breakfast can be provided every morning at extra fees. The apartment is accessible by elevator. The apartment and all the furniture are completely new . Currently, two rooms are available and the provided with heating and cooling air conditions. A 3rd room can be provided and set up upon request for extra fees. The terrace has a gazibo with a nice setting and a long built in flower pot.
