Summary: Safe neighborhood, very close to the city center (around 1.5-2km) (where there are Saigon Notre-Dame Basilica, museums, Bui Vien pedestrian, and many more HCM tourist sites), easy access to market, convenience stores, authentic VNese food & restaurants. There are 8 rooms for rent in the building.Each room is provided with a private bathroom (with shampoo, hand-wash, toothbrush, toothpaste,..) twin-sized bed, a couch, a coffee table, a dressing table, a big closet with hangers, an air conditioner, a fan, a small induction cooker, a kettle, a hair dryer, etc. Cleaning every 2-3 days. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. There is a market right across the street, where you can experience a daily VNese routine or maybe just to get some souvenirs. You can easily get access to many convenient stores, coffees shop, food ( both authentic VNese food and junk food), milk tea places and many more. There are many tourists staying around, too.
