Recreation galore...just miles to town, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, shopping & dining. Details: Queen bed in bedroom, queen/Double sofa sleeper in living room, fully furnished with bedding, linens, towels, cookware, appliances (coffee pot, microwave, toaster oven) dishware for 4-6 people included. Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Contact host check-in day by 8pm, if arrival time will be after 11pm, so 24 hr manager can be on assigned in case of any access questions or issues.
Never dispose of hot ashes from fireplace in trash or in complex trash bin. No smoking /Vaping in unit or complex. Quiet hours: 10pm- 8am.
Please adhere to check in/out times as we have same day check ins frequently and housekeeping needs to fully clean and sanitize unit between guests.

Loved the jacuzzi and the property amenities. The bed had a heating pad that took the chill out after skiing in snowy weather.

Awesome stay and great location!

We had a great time at Andrea’s place! It was in a perfect location and was a great space for us and our two labs. The unit was walking distance to the slopes. There was a lot of snow while we were there and the unit was nice and cozy and had hot chocolate :) Andrea was super accommodating and helpful. We highly recommend staying here, especially if you love traveling with your pups!

Great location

Had a great time at this home for our winter getaway. Very close to Mammoth resort. You can either walk or take the one stop shuttle to the Eagle chair. Amenities were lovely, as were the two parking permits. One for a covered spot and one for overflow. Plus, it’s dog friendly. Highly recommend!

Nice place

We had a wonderful stay! The condo was nice, spotless, and fully stocked. The indoor garage and elevator made access easy, and the building was well-maintained. Andrea was a great host—helpful and easy to communicate with.The only issue was that the VRBO map showed the unit right by Eagle Lodge, but it’s actually in the furthest building within the complex. So 8 min walk to the lift.Still, a great place to stay!

Why they chose this property

Can't beat this location...just 1/4 mile from Eagle Express six pack and Eagle base Lodge of Mammoth Mountain Resort. Great place to start your day with this high speed chair providing easy, less crowded and sheltered from the storm access; the amenities of a Base Lodge with out the crowds of Canyon or the Main Lodge. Please see Mammothmountain.com for chair status during non peak season.
Relax by the fire at home apres or soak in one of the many hot tubs the Summit Complex has to offer.

Across the street from the Village shuttle, Golf course, and Ski area within 1/4 mile. Nice Complex with great amenities in Central location....near to town, shopping, Village, etc.
