Beautiful Cape style home with lots of updates and sits overlooking conservation marsh views.
The first floor of this very clean and inviting house offers a roomy kitchen with breakfast bar, dining area with 9 foot table, comfortable living room, full bathroom with tub, and a bedroom with queen bed.
The second floor has a loft area with queen futon, full bathroom with shower, one bedroom with a full canopy bed and one large bedroom with 4 twin beds.
There is a finished walk-out lower level with a Foosball and ping pong table, and a laundry area.
There is an enclosed out-door shower and two decks outside to enjoy BBQ's and magnificent marsh views.
Location: located on a quiet dead end street approximately one mile from Boat Meadow Beach and less than a mile from the bike trail. Orleans center is about 2 miles away.
Amenities; NEW ductless mini-split air conditioning unit system, wireless internet, telephone, 2 televisions with expanded cable, DVD player, dishwasher, washer and dryer, gas grill, outdoor furniture, and 6 beach chairs. Sheets and Towels are not provided.
Additional Fees: $175 Non-refundable Reservation Fee plus State and Local Taxes apply.
