Our large and comfortable townhouse with two bedrooms and two and a half baths contains bright furnishings, completely renovated fully equipped kitchen, private enclosed porch, and a second floor sundeck. Relax or join the fun at the clubhouse area offering a poolside cabana, heated pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and shuffleboard courts.

Just a few minutes drive to great restaurants, numerous golf courses, and plentiful shopping and an easy drive to Daytona Beach, St. Augustine, Orlando, and the Kennedy Space Center. Enjoy a week, month, or more in beautiful New Smyrna Beach - featuring 13 miles of white sand surrounded by the ocean, Ponce Inlet, and the intercostal waterway (Indian River), where bottlenose dolphins are frequently spotted.
