Nestled in a lush wooded setting, the Bahamian Club resort is located just across the street from the beach voted most beautiful in Florida. Our large and comfortable townhouse with two bedrooms and two and a half baths contains bright furnishings, completely renovated fully equipped kitchen, private enclosed porch, and a second floor sundeck. Relax or join the fun at the clubhouse area offering a poolside cabana, heated pool, tennis and pickleball courts, and shuffleboard courts.

Just a few minutes drive to great restaurants, numerous golf courses, and plentiful shopping and an easy drive to Daytona Beach, St. Augustine, Orlando, and the Kennedy Space Center. Enjoy a week, month, or more in beautiful New Smyrna Beach - featuring 13 miles of white sand surrounded by the ocean, Ponce Inlet, and the intercostal waterway (Indian River), where bottlenose dolphins are frequently spotted.

Great stay in New Smyrna Beach!

We loved this property. Located in a great location in New Smyrna Beach. Close to shops and the beach. The condo was spacious and clean. Loved the short walk to the community pool. The patio and sun room were great areas to hang out in. I definitely will stay here again next time I’m in the area.

The accommodations were just as advertised - perfect for our family! Checkin was easy other than waiting until the day before to send the codes, check-in instructions, etc. We initially planned on 6 of us, but ended up only having 4 make the Trip, which worked out perfectly because even though the condo sleeps 6, there were only 4 dining chairs plus a desk chair, and 5 beach chairs (one of which was rusty). So it would not have worked very well if all 6 of us had come.The condo was very nice and had pretty much everything we needed, and it was in a nice area, off the road so very quiet, a little overgrown but nicely shaded.

We had a wonderful time here. The condo was great and well stocked. We cook a lot of meals and they had everything we needed. We loved the smaller community. We usually stay in a bigger condo complex, but we definitely preferred it here. Thanks so much!

Best friend reunion in NSB

The property itself was excellent!! Exceeded our expectations. There was a slight miscommunication during the check-in process. But once we got the keys our stay was superb!!!

Nice clean condo and nice property location. Quiet neighborhood and not touristy. The two closest public beach access points were closed due to previous storm damage which made the nearest beach access points farther than a walk. Overall great stay and would come back.

Nice quite escape

The condo property manager Daniel went above and beyond to make our stay easy and special. Great pool that wasn't too busy. I'm a pastor down doing a wedding on tje beach tje location was perfect for all the events surrounding the wedding week. Condo is well stocked I'm also a chef and they had everything I needed and more to cook all the fresh shrimp and fish we caught. I'd definitely stay here again.

Old friends reunite.

We arrived a little late for checking, due to flight delays. We had text the property manager that we would be there a little late,and they had arranged everything to have the keys ready for us upon arrival. When we walked in we were amazed at the welcoming and friendly vibe of this comfortable place. It was beautiful and presented such a warm and inviting feeling. We really enjoyed our stay and now have so many memories to share. We pland to make this a yearly reunion and hope that we can continue using this amazing property for our functions.

Clean, secluded, well-stocked, great value

Great townhouse. Super clean, lots of room, extremely well-stocked with everything you might need, including beach chairs, canopy, boogie board. Accurate pictures. Modern, spacious kitchen. Super quiet, secluded location, hidden among trees and vegetation. Great heated pool. The only nitpick is that the master bed is soft, and we really prefer a very firm mattress. But it was comfortable and we slept fine. The 3 bathrooms were great for this size unit, very convenient. Propertu mgr was very friendly and helpful. Very good value for the price. We would definitely come back.

The property is wonderful. I would definitely stay here again. The upper and lower patios are very private and the evenings are quiet and restful. The check in process was more difficult than it should have been. We arrived on a Sunday and the management office was closed. Our key should have been placed in a "lock-box" and the combination e-mailed to us. That didn't happen. I do not know who's fault that was. My guess is that it was either VRBO or the property management that dropped the ball. We spoke with the owner's by phone that Sunday evening and they assured me that this was supposed to be handled. Overall though we were both very satisfied and happy with our stay.

Nice condo in quiet lush setting in good location to beach and downtown.

This property is in a GREAT location across the street from the beach, and about a 5 minute drive to Flagler Avenue. The condo unit is surrounded with lush vegetation and is very quiet! We enjoyed spending time at the heated pool as well as walking across the street to the no-drive section of the beach. If you choose to dine out, there are several very good restaurants within a 5 to 10 minute drive, and a couple within walking distance. My partner and I like to prepare our own meals most of the time, so it was nice to have a very well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed having a grill on the patio as well. The primary bedroom has an attached bathroom with double sinks and a nice size walk-in shower. There is a second full bathroom right outside the guest bedroom, and the condo has a half bath with a full size washer/dryer off the dining room. We had one unfortunate incident during our stay. We reserved the unit through VRBO about 13 months in advance for February 1, 2023 through April 15, 2023, and made the payments on time. A couple of weeks after we started our vacation the owners contacted us and asked us if we would leave 1 week early so their daughter could use the condo. We agreed, but were very disappointed to lose a week, and it was an inconvenience because we had plans to make several stops on our drive back to Wisconsin causing us to change our arrangements. We did receive a refund for the week we lost, but beware that something like this may happen. Even though we were disappointed because we were asked to leave a week early, I recommend this condo unit to anyone considering staying in New Smyrna Beach.

Great Stay - Responsive

Loved our stay at this location. Bigger than appears in photos with ample room for everything you would need to store for your beach endeavors. My one suggestion is to make the check in-out process defined in VRBO (currently outside of - directly through email with community). Other than that, property management was extremely responsive and quick to help us solve our maintenance request. Would highly recommend and hope to be back ourselves.

Lovely New Smyrna townhouse

Great location, 2 blocks to beach access, convenient shopping center a block away. Nicely decorated townhouse, well stocked kitchen, new appliances. Outdoor patio was like our own private tropical oasis. Large outdoor community pool, heated, so swimming in November was enjoyable.

Grandchild trip

Very nice property! Only thing that could have improved it would be that it was on a beach. It was not a long walk to the beach though. The kitchen was one of the most well equipped ones we've seen at a rental property. Also very nice to have beach towels, chairs, pool noodles, etc. provided.

Feels Like Home

I've stayed in a lot of beach condos over the past couple of decades but never one which felt so much like being at home. Walter and Dolores were amazing hosts, and their property was clean, spacious, well stocked, quiet, and super convenient to restaurants, grocery, and of course the beach!

Had a ball..4.6 miles to JB’s Fish Camp Across the street from Beach Next door short walk to the Bakers Table Bistro , Package Store and Market A short drive to Flagler and pool on site..3 beds and two full baths all the Amenities including a roof top deck..Easy to enjoy and maintain..All you could ask for ..
