Bright and spacious three bedroom holiday apartment perfectly positioned to experience absolutely everything Coolum and the Sunshine Coast have to offer. Enjoy a stunning patrolled surf beach right across the road, restaurants and shops just a short stroll down a coastal boardwalk and easy access by car or public transport to a myriad of Sunshine Coast attractions.

The apartment is well appointed with modern furnishings, a fully equipped kitchen, air conditioning, a covered balcony overlooking the ocean as well as an additional balcony at the rear. Two bedrooms have queen beds, with the master featuring an ensuite and a third bedroom with two single beds. A family bathroom features both a bath and shower.

With a communal swimming pool and BBQ area, all linen supplied and baby items such as a cot, high chair etc available for hire, this apartment is sure to provide all the comforts of home in a beautiful beachside location.

Please note that this is a non-smoking property and there is absolutely no smoking allowed.

Great view. Easy walk to everything. Nice rooms and the pool was right there. Was great to have the garage to store the surfboards and bikes in. Thank you.

Great location across the road from the beach

Loved the close proximity to the beach, and the pool was perfect for our little one. The apartment was incredibly spacious and air con in the lounge room and master bedroom were fantastic in the summer heat. Would have been good to have air con in the other two bedrooms, as it got hot for our little one at night, though there were ceiling fans. There was a large wrap around balcony which had amazing views of the beach across the road. Some of the outdoor chairs left some rust marks on my beach towels that I was drying on them though, so be careful. Car parking in a undercover lockup garage was convenient. As was lift access to the apartment. In summary, I would happily stay here again the next time we holiday in the Sunshine Coast. The check-in team were extremely friendly and helpful.

Wonderful Location

We love this unit. Central to everything. Only complaint is carpet square needs a good clean which I commented on last year, and again this year, so hopefully something will now be done.

Very disappointed.

Unit not clean, no bulbs in lamps, bathroom dirty, doors and screens dirty and could not see through screen doors.

Janine Thanks for taking the time to review the apartment. There was one bulb in a lamp that we had replaced upon your departure. Of course we would have had this replaced earlier for you if we were aware it was blown. Unfortunately with the great location comes the salt air and sea spray. Our cleaner does their very best to keep on top of the salt build up and the apartment windows, deck and doors were cleaned prior to your arrival. During your stay I could see how this would build up. We would have been happy to have the doors & screens and deck area cleaned for you intermittently during your stay had we realized this had been a problem for you. Please next time feel free to contact us during your stay so we can promptly attend to these items.
