The property was easy to find and access, and the location was awesome. The unit was not huge but it was very comfortable and more than adequate for our needs. I'd love to stay longer and I'd definitely recommend it to others.

Excellent accommodation.

This condo had everything that a guest could need and more. I have rented many rooms and condos over the years, and this is one of the few that lived up to and even exceeded my expectations. The beach views are even better than represented in the photos! It is conveniently located and I would definitely like to rent it again.

Out recent accomodation at Unit 5 Phoenix apartment was superb for our family of 5. The apartment is perfectly located and simply the most well equipped apartment we have ever stayed in, it really is a credit to the owners and the team at Coolum Holidays. This apartment made it a very affordable holiday for our family also. I can highly recommend it as a 3 bedroom apartment to families and will definitely stay again.

Comfortable family friendly unit

We had a fantastic stay over Easter, the unit is in an excellent location, its well equipped, very spacious with spectacular views. Would suggest a spring clean, particularly the carpet at the base of the walls. perhaps a nozzle on the vacuum.

Good location and spacious apartment with fabulous view. There is no WiFi which is bad these days. Also the dvd player, the radio/cd player and the radio in the bedroom did not work - poor considering the Christmas price.
