Villa Peacock: 5 Bed 4.5 bath - Close Resort Centre

Our 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom family vacation home has been beautifully decorated in a contemporary style providing luxury furnishing throughout.

Downstairs we have:
• Dining table, comfortably seating 10 people
• Fully equipped kitchen including KitchenAid small appliances and KCup coffee maker.
• A 65" TV with cable and digital channels
• Ground Floor Master suite
• Games room has 8ft Slate Pool table and air-hockey table
• Laundry Room
On the first floor we have
• A 65” wall mounted TV and a PS4.
• 4 spacious bedrooms , including another Master Suite

Outside we have
• Extended pool and spa area featuring stunning patio furniture and plenty of seating for dining poolside and for sunbathing on the chaise loungers.
• The pool area is not overlooked and ideal for watching spectacular Florida sunsets.
• Free Gas Grill/ BBQ.

Our home benefits from free WIFI throughout and a monitored alarm system for your extra security.. From 1st September, 2023, Solterra management implemented a $35 Resort fee, payable on checkin at the club house.

** Please note that upgrades to the Lazy River and the Resort Pool will commence on 8th September and is due to finish on 14 December, 2026. During this time additional activities will be organised by the Lifestyle Team**

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Parking must be on the drive. No more than 2cars to be parked on property. On street parking in marked bays only. Rules enforced by towing.
Please use towels on outdoor furniture to prevent stains
Pool heat is an additional charge. The pool will be heated to between 86-88F. Any request for a higher temperature will incur an additional charge.

We are from the UK and purchased our Villa, new, in 2014. The Villa is primarily our Vacation home which we make available for our guests to enjoy.

Why they chose this property

We chose this Villa because of its excellent open plan layout and suitability for extended/multiple families - with the 2 Master Suites and 2 Lounge areas.
We chose Solterra resort for its excellent facilities, the proximity to Champions Gate with access to Golf and its convenience of access to the I4 and the many Florida attractions.

What makes this property unique

We are constantly updating and adding new features with new furniture added to lounges in November 2021 and new pool furniture in June 2022.
We replaced the fridge freezer in June 2023 and washer and drier in November 2023.
