In the lounge area you have views from every windows of the beach. But the star of the show is the HANGING CHAIR, drenched in sunlight and super cozy for your days watching the beach and if you are lucky you will even spot whales (during whales season from June to October). Note that there is a pull out sofa bed that will sleep 2 people (note that there is no curtains in the lounge room so sun will shine early, it is recommended to bring an eye mask). You will also find a big smart TV with Netflix and Disney channels available. There is also an additional sitting area that sits 4 people. The dining room can sit 6 people.
The kitchen has been newly and completely renovated with all the amenities you need to cook up a storm including a "French door" fridge with water and ice dispenser, cooktop, oven and microwave as well as coffee machine, toaster and kettle. It also boasts an awesome kitchen island bar where you can sit 4 people, and has plenty of natural light and breezes.
In the bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 has a King size bed and 2 singles pull out trundles.
Bedroom 2 has a King size bed.
Bedroom 3 has a double bed.
In the bathrooms:
First bathroom is also a laundry, it has a bath/shower, toilet, washing machine and clothes dryer and ironing facilities are supplied and located in the second bedroom's closet.
The second bathroom has a shower, and a toilet. The unit is great for singles, couples, 2 small families or a large one, business travellers & is family friendly as there is a patrolled beach to the right of the building.
In the mornings you can enjoy beautiful sunrises over the ocean or even stroll down to the beachfront for a quiet and peaceful start of the day.
As you may be aware Surfers Paradise is undergoing many constructions throughout the city and we do have some in our neighbourhood as well. As such you may hear construction noises during the week days only (week end bookings not affected) from 7am until 4 pm. However some days may be little to no noise while others may be louder, this completely depend on the stage of construction they may be at.
-We have provided individual earplugs that you will find in the bathroom if noise becomes an issue.
We have also decrease our weekly rates to reflects the construction in the neighbourhood.
