Charming beach house near Resort

Beautiful beach house, next to Makai Resort, where is the most beautiful beach of Sergipe, the beach houses a beautiful coconut grove and an extensive stretch of sand. Ten minutes drive from the center and the municipal market of Aracaju, just cross the Sergipe River bridge. Near the beaches of the north coast (Atalaia Nova, Jatobá, Pirambu). Our home has air conditioning in one of the bedrooms and a fan in the other, plus all the necessary items for an unattended and peaceful stay such as washing machine and dishwasher, microwave and electric oven, cooktop stove, flat screen TV with all channels open. , Internet, two beautiful backyards with garden in the front and the back of the house. Capacity for up to 6 people, 2 bedroom 1 with double bed, 2 in bedroom 2 with two single beds and two loose mattresses that can be provided. There is a pet that lives in the house, a beautiful castrated and docile cat.
