Lovely annex winter rental!

Our entire beautiful Annex home is available for January/February 2024. Two floors for your exclusive use, including fabulous living room, dining room, and eat-in kitchen. First floor-large master suite with private bath and an office for your use. Lower floor- a gorgeous separate apt with its own private entrance, bedroom & bath. Both floors share the fully stocked kitchen, and only you will be in the house, no other renters. Our home is on a tree-lined street with fabulous neighbours just steps away from everything: restaurants, cafes, shops, hospitals, universities, houses of worship, public transport-buses and subway.

The Annex is a terrific melange of hipsters, LGBTQ folks, new Canadians, professors, students, retirees- and everyone gets along! It’s got lovely old houses and a great vibe. We are walking distance to all public transport, both buses and subway lines.

Please note we will only rent both spaces within our home to one group/family, not separate renters and only for a month minimum. Older kids welcome, but sorry we cannot accommodate toddlers or pets.

We use eco-friendly low-scent cleaning solutions and have a strict no smoking policy inside the house, on all decks, and in front of the house. Renters will need to be able to climb a few steps up into the house, up to the second floor bedroom and/or down to the lower floor bedroom.

There is no overnight street parking but we can help you download a city street temporary parking permit.

We will happily give a free mid-stay professional housecleaning to rentals of 30 days or more.
Also we are offering a $500 discount for a 2 month rental.
