Perfect for a fun-filled getaway to Mexico City!

Everything about the apartment was perfect for us and as described and pictured in the listing. In a secure, homey, upscale, tree-lined neighborhood with light traffic, 1 block from 2 parks, 2 blocks from so many great restaurants and cocktail bars. The apartment itself was spacious and nicely furnished and decorated. Fernando, his family, and his housekeeper were there when we needed them and very helpful, but otherwise left us to our privacy. Thanks so much for a great trip!

Superior hospitality

This charming apartment was perfectly located and perfectly functional for our 8-night stay in CDMX. It was my daughter and me and we felt safe and cozy in this unit in Polanco. We loved the location which was less than a block from Lincoln Park and an easy walk to Chapultepec and all the cultural sites there. Plus there are great restaurants literally two blocks away. But more than the location or the comfortable space, we appreciated Fernando’s amazing hospitality. No matter what we needed, he accommodated. He has a support staff that includes a maid and a driver. We were able to access both. Mary did our laundry. Omar drove us to Puebla for a day for a reasonable price. In the end Fernando even stopped by with his lovely daughter and gave us some Frida gifts since we were unable to get into the museum. He even tried to help with that. You cannot beat such a personal touch for two women traveling alone internationally. I will not hesitate to stay in Fernando’s lovely home again—and I do plan to go to CDMX again. Two small things to note: 1. We are dog lovers and tolerated the watch dog alarm at 6:30 am each day. But if early mornings are not your thing, it could be a little rough. I think the security the dog provides is worth it. 2. The bathrooms are all up a step. You have to remember that when using them at night. That could present a challenge for someone with a handicap. Overall our stay was amazing. By the end of the week the fresh flowers left for us were in full aromatic bloom. And the juice and coffee and drinking water supplied was pretty much gone. Just perfect.

Great location, great apartment

Comfortable and best location in CDMX. Easy to get to everyplace in the city. Excellent hosts who are very welcoming and helpful. Warning: traffic can be a challenge. Hopefully I will stay here again.

Nice place, nice neighborhood

Great , homy elegant place in quiet street in very hip, secure, classic neighborhood, 1 block from park, 2 blocks from group of best restaurants in town and away from traffic(which is one of the downfalls of Mexico D.F.) Tree ladden street makes it peaceful.

located at the nicest and calm Polanco´s high end area, spacious and very neat floor with lost of natural light, ample showers with very hot water , both showers can be use at same time, big and equipped with every need Kitchen & breakfast table included, half bathroom outside the bedrooms for better privacy , just 35 meters walking and you are in Polanco´s famous and upscale Park, less than 10 minutes walking to the Polanco´s Hotel area, the National Auditorium where the best performances take place, also same distance to Palacio de Hierro´s Shopping and restaurant mall. Laundry room on street floor . Also very well iluminated with leds luminaries and extra quality matress for your better sleep. Fiber Optic 50MB WIFI , chromecast gadget at TV´s, use your account for Netflix or others.

What makes this property unique

There is so difficult,undoubtely , to find a better wooded view than this place, there is 16 yards of windows overlooking the outside, a lof of fresh air is felt due to it is surrounded by two park, Lincoln Park and Chapultepec Park, Very safe area due to there is on the corner the French Embassy, the Park has a lot or surveillance, and well as Omega Building, which is in the corner. The property is 60 yrs old ,it has been updated and remodeled , it´s walls are huge thick bricks, so there is very few noise from one bedroom to other , so it keeps a lot of privacy. Many shops deliver it´s goods to your door, like restaurants, grocey shops, drugstore, even dry cleanig does it, so there is at Kitchen a electrical janitor to open door a speaker to give instructions to visitors to come up, previously there is a Screen to see who is comming . Also cctv by "NIDO" keeps and eye who is comming .
