Very comfortable and cozy apartment. The location was perfect for us to visit family nearby. It had everything we needed to even enjoy a small Thanksgiving get together with our kids. We enjoyed our stay!
This condo is lovely inside and has a nice view of a courtyard and green space. Grocery store is across the street and many amenities are nearby.

Comfortable, clean home from home
We really enjoyed our few wintry days in Edmonton. The apartment was beautifully clean, warm and comfortable and conveniently situated for all the things we wanted to do.
We rented the condo for a family member visiting us from out of town. The condo was perfect. Lots of room and beautifully updated, in a quiet building, and with a grocery store just down the street.
The property was amazing, it was as advertised in the pictures, it clean it was quite, the neighborhood was beautiful, the property manager was very courteous, I would stay at the property again and I would recommend it to anyone that’s looking for a place to just relax
Condo was very comfortable with all the amenities. Underground parking, nearby restaurant, grocery, dollar store and liquor store was super convenient. Owner was responsive and made the arrangements easy! Highly recommended.

Great condo with grocery store, subway and liquor store across the street. 15-20 minutes from many attractions, shopping etc. Clean and comfortable accommodation.
Al was a great host! He gave us a thorough orientation to the property and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment was well-appointed and very clean.
Overall good rental. Easy communication with friendly owner and easy entry/exit. Apartment is well equipped and very clean. Comfortable beds. Hot water and good pressure in the shower. Air conditioner works well.

Beautiful clean condo that was in the perfect location for me to get around Edmonton and had everything I needed for my stay. Al was very helpful and easy to get a hold of. Thank you.
Everything was as advertised and even better. Location was quiet and overlooks a small green space. We used the kitchen and there were lots of dishes and utensils and everything. An added bonus was Confederation Leisure Center just a 10 minute walk away. I swam every other morning. Lovely, lovely place. I highly recommend.

Wonderful Vacation!
Thank you for such a wonderful stay in such beautiful accommodations! Everything was brand new and exceptionally clean! Location was key for my family as we were visiting family and wanting to do a little shopping! Close to the downtown, all kinds out box stores and malls and close to airport! Convenience of liquor store and grocery right across the street was a bonus! Can't wait to get back again for another stay! Owners were incredibly accommodating to all of our needs! I'd highly recommend this beautiful condo to everyone! Angela

Nice location and great home. Very well kept!
When you are outside of the unit it is a little rough. The carpet in the hallway is wore and the building is dated. However you open the door to the unit and it is a different story. Very well kept and quite. We were very pleased and hope to come back for another stay or two.
Overall this is a beautiful 2 br 1 ba apartment. Has everything you can think of. Very clean, well-maintained and well-appointed with all the details thought out -- such as not one but two (!) types of coffee-makers, a printer with printer cable, and even a magnifying mirror in the bathroom. Those little details are what makes it special. The apartment is spacious and bright and looks out on a nice courtyard. Has secure underground heated parking. The ONLY negative I can think of is the lack of an elevator (2 flights of stairs to the ground level and 3 to the parking), but that's minor to me. Altogether a wonderful experience.

Everything and More
Nestled in a neighbourhood, but convenient to the University of Alberta Medical complex and with a major shopping mall a 10 minute walk away. Close to great walking trails along the ravine/river system and, because of the great road system in Edmonton, easy to get to downtown and even The West Edmonton Mall in 10 minutes drive.
The condo is well-appointed, lacking for nothing, and well-supplied with the basics. The owner gave us an introductory tour which was a great help and a nice personal touch. The condo faces a large courtyard surrounded by similar condo buildings, quite quiet and serene. Parking was a breeze with a choice of underground reserved or outdoor lot.
We would love to stay there again when we visit Edmonton again!

The beast drove us from our home but we found a very soft and safe landing indeed in Edmonton
Whether you are being evacuated from your home or looking for a place in Edmonton to chill and take in the sites, this is the perfect location for you. We found it to be off the beaten track which allowed for some great separation from the 'stuff' that the city has to offer with outstanding access to public transportation to get around. Having underground parking in a dedicated stall is the icing on the cake as we did have a vehicle. The condo has all you would need with weekly cleaning to boot. Could not ask for a more attentive host nor could we ask for better accomodations. Walkability galore with access to groceries, wine and fast food if needed and best of all schools and our three children enjoyed the opportunity to meet new friends. Easy in and out to all parts of the city. I cannot wait for hockey season to start as this will be my go-to destination for a weekend away from the Mac. For the late night Netflixers, not to worry, this spot has ya covered too with a great soundbar system and HD TV. Literally one cannot ask for more. We spend 2 months here and just consider ourselved blessed to have had the chance to find this gem in Edmonton.

Great property, exactly like the pics!
The condo looks EXACTLY like it does in the pictures! In fact, it was actually BIGGER in person, which was great!
The beds are SUPER comfortable, and it was nice to have them at the other end of the condo from the living areas.
Also just a great location for us. Grocery store right across the street, mall a couple blocks away, just really convenient to all services.
Al was super friendly and super easy to get in touch with, super responsive. If I have any criticism, it is that the people who stayed at the condo before us left some stains on the (white) couch and Al asked if cleaners or Gina or could come by several times during our stay. I had a newborn and it was kind of disruptive, and wish that had been handled either before our stay, or after. We were always happy to accommodate because he was so nice and always asked, but it did feel a little invasive since you don’t expect the owner to be handling that stuff during your stay.
Besides that though, Al was super helpful and he’s a great guy. You can tell he takes great care of his properties and we appreciated that!!

Why they chose this property
Southwest Edmonton is the premier area of the city. It is close to major amenities plus it allows for easy commuting around the city with access to the Whitemud Freeway, Gateway Boulevard, Calgary Trail S. and the Anthony Henday ring road system. Great shopping and wonderful eateries are an added bonus.
What makes this property unique
What really caught our attention about this place was the feel of the suite. It is not your typical apartment. It was built in the 1960's when lifestyle was more important than entertainment. The rooms are distinctly separate creating a homey feel. Have a look at the Virtual Tour floor plan and you will see what we mean.
