Extremely fast wi-fi at 383mps. Level 2 EV charging available upon request. Kitchen with Breakfast Area. Back deck overlooks 2.4 acres of wooded privacy and two creeks yet home is in swim community. Less than 15 minutes to Pinewood Studios and Senoia (of Walking Dead fame). 30 minutes to ATL airport, and 5 minutes from groceries, restaurants, and shopping.

Our neighborhood is quiet with some distance between the homes. It is common to see deer.
