About this property

You will be in awe this newly-renovated Victorian home located in historic Cape Charles. Come relax in the rocking chairs or take a nap on the 2nd floor sleeping porch.

This home has 4 large bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. It offers families all the comforts of home. With a large eat-in kitchen, family room, game room & dining room on the 1st floor, there is plenty of room for all! The bedrooms on the 2nd & 3rd floors are large and comfortable. There is a reading nook on the 2nd floor and the 3rd floor offers another sitting area in addition to full bath and sleeping for 6.

We are just 6 blocks from the free beach and fishing pier. Please use our beach toys, kayaks, beach chairs & umbrella.

Take a short walk to the town center where you can enjoy restaurants & shops. There are 5 adult bicycles for guest use.

Linens (sheets, pillows, blankets) and towels (bath towels, hand towels & washcloths) are provided. Please bring your own beach towels.

No smoking. No pets.

Great Place for a Family Vacation

Property was great. Plenty of room for our party of ten. Upstairs third floor was like a personal suite. We had plenty of room to gather in the kitchen for dinner and hanging on the front and back porches was a nice end to our day. Would definitely stay here again.

Large well equipped home - great for groups

Wendi was responsive and helpful leading up to our trip. The living spaces in the home were very large, which helped our 3 families with young kids all have the space we needed to spread out and enjoy. The backyard landscaping and fire pit were a hit as was the upstairs loft for all the kiddos. I was very satisfied with our experience and would highly recommend!

Lovely Accommodating Home for Families

We had a great week in Wendi's lovely home. The 3rd floor was perfect for our family of 5 and then the 2nd floor rooms for other family members. The plentiful beach chairs, toys, etc. were a lifesaver for the beach and the ability to rent the golf cart was also a game changer. We enjoyed both front and back porches and the peaceful surroundings of the home. Highly recommend!
