C-203 Port O' Call:

Wild Dunes Resort, on Isle of Palms, is one of the most exclusive, quiet and beautiful resort communities on the East Coast. Isle of Palms is an uncrowded barrier island only 30 minutes from historic downtown Charleston, South Carolina.

This spacious, updated 2nd floor, one bedroom villa offers partial ocean views. It is located in the gated community of Wild Dunes, home of world class Har-Tru tennis courts and two Tom Fazio designed public golf courses. The villa is less than 100 yards from The Links golf course and a very short drive to the Harbor Course.

Imagine lying in your king-size bed with a view of the ocean. Or enjoy the screened-in porch that overlooks the pool and the beach. The condo is tastefully decorated while maintaining that 'beachy' feel. Recent updates include new shower, vanity top and sink in bathroom, new bedroom and living room furniture, new granite countertops and cabinet doors.

There is a queen sleeper sofa in the living room, and pocket doors in every room for privacy.

Port O Call is located a mile from the central Wild Dunes resort venues, meeting rooms and restaurants.

NOTE: This condo does not provide a Sports Card which entitles you to use the Wild Dunes pools and the Wild Dunes fitness center that is located in the Port O Call clubhouse. Sports Card is not required to use golf and tennis facilities or dine at Wild Dunes restaurants. Port O Call has its own pool for guest use.

GUEST ALERT: Isle of Palms has scheduled a beach replenishment project to install 1.7 million cubic yards of sand to the beaches due to erosion. The first phase of the project is anticipated to begin July 17, 2026 at Mariner's Point condos and work north past Port O Call finishing at the northern end of the beach by September 8. Most of the beach will be open during construction although work areas will have detours around them.

A gorgeous condominium situated in an absolutely breathtaking locale. It proved to be the ideal setting for unwinding and finding peace after exploring the charming city of Charleston. With the sandy shores and refreshing swimming pool positioned conveniently just beyond the entrance. The interior design was delightful and thoughtfully appointed with all the amenities and furnishings anyone could possibly require.We especially enjoy the screened in porch.The community was so lush and secluded. People were very friendly.

Access to the beach was great. It wasn't overly crowded in March. Restaurants are close and we found options for my daughter with food allergies. It was easy to get to Charleston from the condo. I have mobility issues and having the elevator was perfect.

We had a great visit at this property! It was a wonderful location to be close to the main resort and conference center, but far enough to have privacy and quiet time with our toddler. The hosts were very communicative, and helpful with planning, logistics and recommendations!

The property was very, very clean and nicely appointed! Everything seemed brand new and recently painted. The screened in porch was great for hanging out in the afternoons when it rained and also handy for stowing beach chairs/bags/etc. The bed was very comfortable: I think it maybe had a thick memory foam type topper over a regular mattress. I can’t speak to the comfort of the pull out couch, as we didn’t use it, but the couch and recliner were so comfortable that my sisters slept in/on them all week! They didn’t even pull out the bed to test it! When you first walk in, there’s a spacious foyer which we jokingly called “the lobby”. It was great for suitcases for the folks who slept in the living room and for general junk & shoes. The shower was huge and looked brand new. The pool was very nice and just a very short walk to it or the ocean. We are picky about where we stay, but this whole unit and set of buildings was very nice. The elevator really helped when you had a haul of groceries or were moving in or out, but the stairs weren’t a bad climb at all. (I’m 61 and not in great shape, but I used the stairs almost exclusively.) Everything worked in the unit: dishwasher, Keurig type coffee maker, regular drip coffee maker, cold fridge & freezer. Really great A/C. Nice little table area. Good sized living room. We were very pleased with this place! We will definitely stay here again!
