Oak Cottage - Tudor Village Unit 5

Tudor Village is located in a peaceful setting on the edge of town. Six units surround a lovely relaxation area with gardens and a BBQ. All units have access to the pool located next to the BBQ area.

With a number of self-contained, two bedroom units, Tudor Village is perfect for family groups. The complex is made up of six units, a house and boasts a large communal swimming pool, barbeque area and well-kept grounds. bike shed, bike work station and high pressure pump.

Tudor 5 also known as Oak Cottage, consists of two bedrooms, one with a queen size bed and the other with two singles, a cosy living area equipped with TV, DVD player, ample couch space as well as reverse cycle air conditioning and a well-stocked kitchen, providing everything you need including pots and pans, cutlery, a dishwasher, and dining setting for four people. A new coffee machine is available at the property, the pods can be purchased from Woolworths.

Each unit also has its own laundry with washing machine and dryer for your convenience as well as a clothes airer and undercover parking space.

Linen is provided for all beds, with the inclusion of an electric blanket on the queen bed for the cooler months.

Our office hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
For weekends, please report any issues to our afterhours mobilewith 24hrs of arrival.
We will require photo evidence to support any claim.

Great location, a 20min walk to town. Close to bike paths and walking tracks. The unit is located in a nice setting on the outer edges of town

Excellent except for a few minor setbacks
The property is quite perfect and the property managers are very responsive. Check-in and out process is perfect! Here are a few setbacks: 1. The knives in the kitchen are all blunt. And the knife sharpener is broken. (blunt knifes can be safety issue) 2. The bushes on the left side of the carport is over growing. It needs to be trimmed so it's easier for a vehicle to turn. 3. The bike shed is a bit small for 2 mountain bikes given there is a ladder inside. 4. The communal pool is nice and clean but too shallow for adults to swim. Great for children to play around, though.
