Why they chose this property
Our property is centrally located with easy walking distance to Sea Point main road for grocery shopping, coffee, a walk on the promenade, the local beaches and most amenities. We are less than 7 min drive to the waterfront, to Camps Bay & Clifton, beaches.
Our home is easy-living on a single level with garden and pool on the dame level. Outdoor lifestyle with pool, loungers, outdoor eating area & BBQ . My central eat in kitchen is the hub of the house as everything leads off from there. Creative & Arty make the house interesting & fun to be in.
