There is a park just half a block away which takes you directly onto the water, farmers market on a Saturday and surrounded by fantastic restaurants, easy reach to all the major roads. This building is so popular that everyone that stays doesnt want to leave!

The apartment itself is on the third level. You have an electric gate fob and designated parking space and an elevator which takes you directly up to your floor.

The apartment is chic, stunning and uncluttered! All the furniture within this apartment is new. Spacious throughout, an open living room greets you as you enter, stunning black quality wooden floors, modern glass dining table, new queen sofa bed, perhaps one of the most comfortable on the market! A kitchen equipped with everything you can imagine, huge fridge/freezer, a hidden washer/dryer. TV and full wifi throughout. There is a balcony off of the living room with an additional outdoor dining set, so you have the choice!

The living room has a half bathroom too which is perfect for additional guests. The bedroom is a sea of tranquility! A brand new king platform bed, new mattress which i personally find one of the most comfortable i have ever used! On suite shower room and a massive walk in closet. The tv is a smart tv and we have it hooked up to Netflix.

We provide linen, towels, and all the equipment you need in the kitchen. Just bring your tooth brush!

We are renting on a monthly basis. The price you see will reflect the discounted monthly price. Minimum 30 night stays.
