Located just two blocks uphill from Snowmass Village Mall, the RFTA bus station, and a variety of shops and restaurants, this home puts the best of the village at your fingertips. The free gondola connecting the Mall to Base Village makes accessing all Snowmass attractions simple and convenient.

Inside, the main level welcomes you with a newly remodeled stone-floor mudroom, perfect for storing ski gear, and a new washer/dryer for mid-stay laundry. The open-concept living room features two large couches (one pulls out into a queen bed), a wood-burning fireplace, flat-screen TV with Comcast cable, and plenty of board games for family fun. The fully equipped kitchen has new countertops, a full oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and a dining table for six. Step out to the private deck with seating for four, a propane BBQ, and a peaceful mountain stream nearby.

Upstairs, a cozy bedroom with a full bed, private deck, and large closets sits alongside a newly refurbished bathroom with tub and shower. The loft area with a convertible sofa bed is perfect for kids or extra guests. On the third level, two additional bedrooms feature new comforters, pillows, and private decks. The spacious master suite includes two closets (one walk-in), a private deck, and a wood-burning fireplace. A shared master bathroom with jacuzzi tub, shower, and a two-person sauna provides the ultimate in relaxation—please note *** the sauna in unit is currently not working.

Guests also enjoy fantastic shared amenities: two hot tubs and a large heated pool with lounge chairs, all accessible with a key from 10 am to 10 pm. Parking includes two deeded spaces, with additional winter passes available, and the RFTA bus provides free transportation to Aspen, Base Village, and other ski areas. Private rides are easily arranged with Z3ro-G Limo.


***Please note, there is no AC in the unit. To keep the temperature comfortable, we recommend opening the windows in the evening to enjoy the cool mountain air and closing them during the day to maintain a balanced temperature. Additional fans are available upon request

Skyrun Amenities: All SkyRun Aspen properties have WIFI and are stocked with a starter supply of the following items. Additional stock of these items are available for purchase at the local grocery stores; Clark’s and City Market.
Bathroom: vanity kit, extra toothbrush and toothpaste, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hair dryer, and plenty of toilet paper.
Kitchen: paper towels, coffee, tea, coffee maker with filters, hand soap, spices, trash bags, multi-surface cleanser, dish soap, dish pods, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, and sponges.
Extra: a welcome packet with details on your unit, available amenities, local attractions, transportation, restaurants, shopping, and outdoor guides. If your home has a wood burning fireplace we provide a starter supply of wood.
